Fluffy egg omelets are easy to make. First you separate the whites and yolks, then you whip the whites until foamy and 3 times their original volume and then slowly fold the yolks back into the whites and fry in omelet pan.
That does not sound easy.

A cheddar cheese omelette is my go-to filling breakfast. If you beat the egg whites separately and gently fold the beaten yolk into them it will be super fluffy.

Just a quick question for the produces of Tribal People Try... Have they ever tried Bubble & Squeak before my friends?... It's made with left over Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes from a Sunday Roast... Like... Cabbage... Cauliflower... Carrots... Peas... Broccoli... Mashed together along with Mashed Potatoes... And is fried on the stove top in a frying pan... Once it starts to crust slightly on one side... Flip it over and slightly crust up the other side too... But the rest of the Bubble & Squeak will stay soft... Some people even add Cheese once it's almost fully cooked through... But that's not the traditional way of making Bubble & Squeak... But you could always try them with both versions and see which version they prefer... 😋 Many thanks in advance... All the very best... Keep up the great work guys. 👍

My mother used to make cheese soufflé which is whipped egg whites with shredded cheese folded into the mix and baked like bread

@@empressmine4941Soufflé omelette. Very popular in Japan and Korea. There are several tutorials right here on YT.
I think they must either beat the eggs a very long time until very foamy, OR they separate the whites and beat until stiff peaks before recombining with beaten yolks, OR they might add something else (like a tiny bit of flour) as well to help create the structure. I've seen a video on RUclips before, but it was ambient cooking sounds only, no description, and it didn't include a recipe. Just fluffy 3" blobs being cooked in a pan. I was left wondering how long you had to cook it to ensure doneness in the center, and at what temperature to ensure the outside didn't burn/overcook before the center was done.
I thought I'd had eggs just about every way you could cook 'em...
@patriciamorgan6545 this looks like a french omelet. So it would probably have the eggs separated, whites whipped to firm peaks, recombined with yolks, and fried in a shit ton of butter.

Yes, I was just thinking about Dutch babies! A type of fluffy, eggy pancake, baked in a hot oven so it becomes pouffy, a bit crispy in places (edges), and soft/custardy in others. Can be served with powdered sugar dusted over with a squeeze of lemon, or honey, maple syrup, jam, etc. A nice change from regular eggs or pancakes.

While we’d love that, they’d have to have another side protein. Bacon, ham and pork sausage are a no no there.

In the US we call this an omelet and you can get that at your 24-hour 7 days a week local waffle House ..my favorite is the cheese and steak omelette with the side of hash browns and buttered jelly toast and a toasty waffle..YUM!!! 🏪🧇 🥟😋

I hope that the people that run the show, tell the guys that they can add in many things that they like such as diced onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, small pieces of tomatoes and meat, as well as the cheese. Eggs are such a healthy and versatile food.

I'm not sure if it originated in Europe (probably France) or here in the USA, but in the old railroad dining car days this kind of souffleed omelette was served with a layer of jam in the middle, usually for dessert.
Like I said in the video where Mr. Chaudry has his steak cooked the way he likes it. These 3 men are a show on their own...If you keep these three doing reaction video's, Everyone wins!! When I see any of them I must watch it. Not only are they fun when reacting to different foods, they are also willing to go experience things they never have done before.......

for every 2 or 3 eggs, whip a Tablespoon of sour cream in till it's smooth and then cook in a teaspoon of butter or oil slowly on a low to medium temperature, adding meats, vegetables and/or cheese when it's almost ready.

I whisk the eggs add a little grated cheese salt pepper then cook like a pancake fold and finish under the grill it fluffs up like a pillow then loads of ketchup ❤
I think they would love Korean marinated eggs with rice, boiled eggs are marinated with soy sauce, garlic, chillies etc for a couple of hours or overnight, then the eggs are cut in half and eaten with some of the marinade and rice.

Cook scrambled eggs super low temp, constantly mix with a spatula and convered in a regular soup pot and add the end flip and cook top on a pan. It's way way more fluffy and lighter, that has crunchy outsides...

Too much of a pain to make; more like the type of thing one would go to a restaurant to have. You have to be so careful folding the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture. Recipe: "Betty Crocker Picture Cook Book" (1950) Puffy Omelet page 260. Hardcover, not binder edition.

When I worked at Dobbs House (now Waffle House), we hated it when someone ordered Humpty Dumpty eggs. Three eggs whipped up in the milk shake mixer and poured into a pan full of hot grease. When the bottom was set and slightly browned, half of the pan of eggs were flipped over on the other half, served with toast. The eggs would leak oil which would mix with the jelly from the toast leaving a greasy green slick on the plate. The interior of the eggs were never really cooked. Disgusting.
