Yeah, put it on his channel, so he sees it. That's what everyone else does. Yeah, You're right, but I think some of it comes to being a. Big heade since he made these millions at a young age, so he thinks it's above everyone else. And knows everything
think your forgetting he invested into an amazing chocolate company on this show so he wouldnt invest in this.
I think he is trying to play the role of the dragon rather than this being his actual personality. I thik he feels insecure about his age and is overcompensating for that by being extra vocal. I think in a few years he will look back and cringe at these clips.

It is an absolute winning combination. The problem is £4.99 is just too high, it's better to buy a bar or dairy milk for £2 and a packet of crisps for £1 and shove them both in your mouth at the same time. You also get to try an infinite amount of chocolate to crisp combinations then as well, rather than the three on offer.

The reason i like both variants is because one is laid back and colorful and the other more serious and gritty looking.
i wouldnt even say its normally gritty but yeah its a real decay of an amazing series (and personally i really dislike shark tank)

We had a similar product in Ireland for a few months if I recall. The popular Irish crisp Tayto in a chocolate bar form. Don’t think it went down well with the public so it was discontinued. I loved it however

its been available for years and in a superior presentation to hers, there are even cheaper copycats in Asia, though I believe there is not vinegar or cheese flavour in the chips so she did do something "new".

I'm with Steven. I mean, yeah you might be able to turn a bit of a profit on it at first, but the gimmick of it will die out fast.
Plus, 1) It's no different than eating a bar of chocolate and a bag of crisps at the same time (and anyone you see doing that you'd consider to be a right lard arse). 2) Isn't there enough sugary, fatty crap out there causing diabetes and obesity levels to skyrocket without this woman throwing her two pence in.

I'm with Steven on this. I can't say that it appeals. There again, when I was growing up, as with many Welsh farm households at the time, a 3pm break whilst making hay often consisted of a cup of tea or barley water with jelly and ice cream and buttered sliced bread. On different plates, but typically simultaneously eaten together. I never understood the concept and would first eat the buttered bread, before eating the jelly and ice cream. This chocolate and crisps combination just reminds me of that weird summertime break time snack.
My comment may seem naive, could I just not purchase a slab of chocolate and a bag of crisps and mix together before eating ? What is is point of this product?

I tried chocolate and chips more than a decacade ago in Japan as a souvenir. The famous Japanese chocolate brand called Royce sells chips completely covered in Chocolate. I just bought them once out of curiosity, not my thing.

to be fair hes made loads of investments and if he didnt have so much to critisise then it would be something he would invest in
We found them in the clearance section in a local garden centre for £2.50 and decided to try one. We wouldn't pay £2.50 for them again, let alone £4.99. The texture was too crumbly (the bar was in pieces by the time we got home and it was only in my handbag) and I expected to taste potato crisps, but didn't. The salt & vinegar flavour came through, but it was strange-weird, not interesting-weird, even though we both LIKE weird combos. :(

The fact she said did research and found nothing she must have been doing it with her eyes closed as its been done years ago here in the uk and they even re-released it just a year or so ago 😂 it was literally a couple of quid too so cheaper than hers.

So this company isn't a manufacturer - the manufacturing is outsourced. It's not inventing the chocolate with crisps today, they've already been invented yesterday. So what does the business actually DO? Where does it sit in the value chain? No-one ever seems to tell us on this show.
This has been done, in Ireland - by a company called Tayto.

I would definitely try them, chocolate and crisps are so good together, ice cream and crisps are great too.
WE HAVE CHOCOLAT3E COVERED CRISPS (WE CALL THEM CHIPS, LOL) AND THEY ARE SURPRISINGLY GOOD AND OMG I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD WHO LOVED CHIPS AND ICE CREAM :)

TAYTO Ireland tried that too, wasn't very successful.
Tayto did this a few years ago and it was disgusting. It was not a good seller. Hence it was discontinued.
