- Today I review the Spicy Pineapple Lemonade Refresher from Starbucks®! ($5.55)
New Spicy Lemonade Refreshers beverages debut three tropical flavors - Spicy Dragonfruit, Spicy Pineapple and Spicy Strawberry. Inspired by the “swicy” trend, which combines sweet and spicy flavors in all sorts of creative ways, the new Spicy Lemonade Refreshers bring together the sweetness of a Starbucks Refreshers Beverage, the zest of lemonade and the heat of Starbucks Spicy Chili Powder Blend.
Here’s a closer look at the new offerings:
Spicy Dragonfruit combines sweet flavors of mango and exotic dragonfruit shaken with ice, real dragonfruit pieces, zesty lemonade and Starbucks Spicy Chili Powder Blend.
Spicy Pineapple features flavors of pineapple and passionfruit shaken with ice, real pineapple pieces, zesty lemonade and Starbucks Spicy Chili Powder Blend.
Spicy Strawberry brings together sweet flavors of strawberry and acai shaken with ice, real strawberry pieces, zesty lemonade and Starbucks Spicy Chili Powder Blend.

I tried the pineapple lemonade today and i love it the flavor is to dye for and for a change it was spicey!!! Loved it tastes a little carmelly! Love it!!!

Looks delicious 😋 but, I'd rather it be the chili pepper liquid (capsicum) rather than the powder. Probably would be less throat and more mouth feel. Anyhoo, thanks for the review. Will be trying!
I think it's because seasoning that they use add some flavor to it not just you know with liquid but it would be nice to have a combination of both
No it would still be more in the throat I used to add things to my drinks and it didn't matter if it was seasoning or liquid
I kind of like the back of the throat though maybe they had a way to replicate both that would be nice

Now that Aaron Judge passed Jeter for HRs, maybe you can ask him to clean up your little Yankees holder. Other than chili powder, I don't feel like you described any other taste until the end and very briefly!

Depends on the Starbucks - some really, really spice it up to the point you can't taste anything else. Nevertheless, a little spice is a nice little kick. Try the spicy on a "frozen" refresher - even more of a kick.

On the app it says tomorrow is a BOGO. I don’t think I’ll get the spicy ones though. I’m in Texas I don’t need heat on heat. 92 degrees with a heat index of 99 right now.

Guess Starbucks took inspiration from those fruits with tajin and chamoy but no thanks i dont like my throat burning after drinking a sweet drink. My brain cant process it.
Why no spicy mango though would probably be more palatable.
Yes they sure did and there someone who did a video with a Starbucks refresher with Tajin added to it like about five or four years ago.
I will try making my own with a single crystal/grain of pure capsaicin powder (16,000,000 Scoville Heat Units) and some Pica Limon, a "candy" version of Tajin seasoning that comes in little packets.
