Volvo 1800ES Rust Repair Status, Dec 26, 2023

Got the patch panel all welded in, lets take a look. The Volvo 1800 has a lap weld seam in the rear wheel arches, and this looks like it's not well sealed from the factory, so water gets in there and rots it out. Had to cut out a lot of metal and make a patch panel.
