Coming to the flats the exterior might be a bit faded but the built quality is premium. Have witnessed it right from land clearance till what it is not on my way to mysore road. Right next to bus stop that has buses flowing even at 2am. They had waste segregation unit which was removed recently which makes them a better purchase. Metro is 1km from there and Nagarbhavi circle is 1km . 1.5-2km Fortis and GM hospital. Well maintained parks "Chandra Giri" and another small park . Have 2 playing areas for kids and one large opposite to the BDA property.

There are many unfinished projects from BDA and there is no permeant electricity , water ,STP and low quality materials used and in between contractors runway without completing the projects. Many people are already regretting buying flats from BDA .You can visit other projects which was launched from 2014 still they are unfinished
It's BDA land but it's been collaboration ventured by builders . It's not in under SC ST quota , it's good step taken but this maintenance will given or tender to maintenance companies like how roads & toll plaza is working. This premium level development done for middle class families who cannot afford to by in big apartments & gated community society but people seek peace & safety & happiness with good neighborhood & surroundings ,with all amenities , to leave there life easy , people who works in government sectors ex: teachers , professor, bank managers & employees . But BDA flats means it's trustworthy for the family's to give all of there hard earned life savings & loans are also easier .

I just asked, coz my relatives stay in BDA Bramhagiri project in Malagala(nagharabhavi) This project was built and handover was made quite faster than the one v see in the video

I own one in Chandragiri, prestige alli rent alli iddu flat savasane beda antha idde, very bad construction prestige du, BDA flat 40 lakhs ge thogonde kami price antha, interior fittings cheap quality but construction quality is very good bro, even to drill small hole carpenters struggle. But amenties astu iralla. But some BDA flats are very badly built I have heard, best check maadi thogo beku.
