I did the BIG CHOP on 11/10/19. I'm down to 3/8 of an inch. Fenugreek rinse, cassia in deep condition, and your oil recipe. Thank you for all of your help and dedication for this channel.
You're my hair doctor.
🥰😍😇👸🏽💃🏾
Hey curly proverbz, I want to say thank you so much for your content, my hair has been growing so much because of all your great knowledge. I'm on my way to waist length! 😍❤
Pretty Soldier Yaay for waist length hair! How exciting!?
Oh wow. Which ones did you specifically do?
@@1sr0 I've been using the apple cider viniger rinse, and the fenugreek powder as a hair mask :)
I know Im kind of randomly asking but do anyone know of a good website to watch new movies online?
@Braydon Kolton Flixportal xD
I grew up in India but unfortunately my mom was not into ancient Indian practices and just used normal shampoo for hair. And after moving to the US, I abused my hair with all kinds of nasty stuff out here. Your and Negin Marsalehi(?)’s hair (although her hair products have silicones 😑) have totally motivated me to cut all the bad stuff out and respect my hair and treat it well. My goal for 2020 is to have long healthy hair like yours and avoid the salons (they cut too much off and use silicone based products).
I am waiting on this, 2020 healthy hair here we come, this past few months, my hair growth has been amazing and my daughters their hair. All the tips, and masks have been amazing I went from shedding hair like crazy to just barely shedding at all. The teas and henna mask, plus the MSM powder is magic. Thank you. We need more juice please.
Ramatu Titilope I cant tell you how pleased I am to hear this and tell me about it MSM is bomb! Blessings to you and your lovely family
Does henna stain bath tub after washing it out?
Jocelyn no just clean tub after your shower
Hi Ramatu, great to hear your testimony. Are you in Nigeria, if yes, where do you get your msm from? I've been looking all over for it. People don't know what I'm talking about sef🙄
@@nataliaajordyn5781 thank you.
I just filmed an MSM hair video after my experience with such success. I was stuck with shoulder-length hair most of my life and now I have waist-length hair and I am so much healthier and happier overall. The holistic lifestyle is the TRUTH. Ayurveda is so detailed and they have an oil or an herb for just about everything. Thank you for all the great hair videos it is refreshing to get great content with a radiant host.
Farida, adding collagen peptides helped lessen the drying effect of the MSM for me. My hair is growing, my skin is glowing and my nails are shining. Please keep the tips coming. Remind your followers that they may need to be flexible and use your tips as a base so they can find what works for them.
Shelly Brown how are you taking your MSM? I am adding it to my morning routine in my orange juice.
Melinda Ward, I take mine in my fenugreek tea first thing in the morning.
@@melindaward9212 I add a bit of MSM n Vitamin c to my 2 litres of water tht I drink daily
Shelly Brown where do you purchase your MSM and collagen peptides from?
The collagen peptides really add extra moisturizing to your hair and skin?
Even after being subscribed to you for over 2 years, you still are my favourite youtuber🔥♥️. You've helped me learn about my hair soooooo much! I've transformed my hair from being so sparse, at collar bone length, not even fully healthy mind you.. to it being almost waist length high density😭😭😭😭 .. thank you soooo much for your work here and I am excited to see more from you. God bless♥️🎉
Shenice Dells this is amazing. I feature this comment in my new video
Thank you for helping me invest in my hair. I'm seeing a lot of ppl complain about BB pricing on here. Please think about that spa day, weave install, lashes, mani pedi, or that $5 a day coffee. If it's helping your natural hair/self why cheapen yourself? Sacrifice in any one of those areas then you have your product. No more low quality items on my skin/ hair. Plus it's black owned! Bomb.
As long as they aren't like your last sponsor selling stuff for $75 you will can find in your kitchen.
Not knocking anyone's hustle but there is a line between profit margin and being fleeced. They crossed it.
Don't get mad sis, cause you taught us well.
Client Inbox LLc Im tired of Black women being fleeced. Our bodies require natural products and natural is inexpensive. Yet.they.try.it!! Not today. Research...check the owner...purchase accordingly.
@@joiwilliams5830 I hear you. $75 would buy a lot of organic stuff from a super market. A large bottle of honey, bag of avocado's, premium olive oil, organic carrots. Rosemary, sage, cloves, flax seeds, organic coffee, cinnamon, fenugreek and a carton of coconut milk. I haven't even hit $50. I forgot ginger root, garlic and onion. Ingredients for mixing topical hair recipes.
@@joiwilliams5830 Mostly I nourish from within. Except for chicken and turkey sometimes I eat mostly vegetables and fruits. I can go 2 weeks without wetting my hair and it won't be dry. It retains moisture.
Kale, apple and grapefruit smoothies sometimes with berries. I live on cucumbers and tomatoes. Broccoli, eggplant and sweet potatoes are a staple in my diet as is chia seeds. I snack always on nuts. The amount of nuts I eat per month is tremendous. Beats potatoe chips. So, my hair is healthy. Health starts within.
@@joiwilliams5830 They know we like to maintain our hair. But I got smart a long time ago. Started remembering what my mom did to my hair since she is gone. Doing the exact same thing as an adult. I had so much hair as a kid I didn't even remember the texture. I just knew it took a entire day for my mom to do my hair and she was a beautician.
I bought a few of the lines early in my journey didn't like the results. Loaded down with coconut oil and stuff to fix damaged hair. They act like our hair will never be healthy.
Client Inbox LLc omg!!! Thank you for that. I live in new mexico now which is dry as heck. I don’t eat as many veggies as I should but I know that that is the answer. When I was you I ate a balanced diet with no fast food. I got my hair washed and pressed every saturday morning and it was a timely ritual. Lol my hair was extra thick and long. Did your mom have you sit on the porch in the sunshine with conditioner in your hair? Lol... good times... healthy hair.
I just did a henna, aloe and fenugreek treatment today. Makes the application process easier. I also followed up with moisturizing fenugreek, avocado and banana oil mix deepconditioner mixture. All inspired by Curly Proverbs and Naptural85. Inches and healthy hair. ❤❤❤
Ive tried the fenugreek tea rinse, and i was so surprised and excited with the results. Hair was very soft, less shedding and nu hair felt stronger!!! Why i was so suprised, i have anemia and hair is breaking and product doesn't absorbes products well. The fenugreek tea rinse is a winner tho!!!
Hey CP. I just had an idea. I’m going on a car journey, wanted to watch your latest video, but need the phone for the sat nav. Then I thought, if CP did a podcast, problem solved! So there we are, throwing it out there... love your content. The more platforms, the better! 💕
RaeHM93 what a freaking bomb idea! I like it ❤️
@@CurlyProverbz YES to Book and Podcasts and eBooks! Wow you going to need a PA - Mom of 2 and wife.! Thanks for helping take my parched side hair from 1cm to 8cm in about 7 months!!!
Definitely needed this refresher. Took a break from making products because I got lazy but I’m gonna get back on it. My hair basically stop shedding all together when I was consistent with the henna treatments.
I actually had fallen asleep with a henna/aloe vera/ashwaganda mask in my hair. When i awoke I quickly clicked on the vid. I am now including using warm oil when I prepare my hair for braiding etc. Thanks so much for the knowledge you continue to impart‼️😎
Gee Row R. Mask sounds divine ❤️❤️
Curly, first of all let me thank you for all that you do. I've gone from seeing lots of my hair shedding in the sink to virtually no shedding at all. THANK YOU. You have so much going on that I don't have time to try all of it. This is not a bad thing that you have a lot. I just have a lot of things I'm juggling, including caring for a sick relative, so stopping to do just some of these things has been overwhelming. If there's a way to incorporate all that you've shown, I'd like to with a little more ease. If I could make a request, I'd like to see you do a video on how to develop a regular regimen. I'd like for you to give a list or schedule of things we can do every month. I see you using teas, hot oil, rinses, rice water and henna, etc. I'd like to put all of that together as a system of things I can do on a monthly basis. I also see you use avocado oil sometimes, olive oil and tea tree oil other times. What do you suggest in all of this? Thank you again.
I just love when I get to the library Monday mornings, connect to the Wi-Fi and have a RUclips notification of that Curly Proverbs video is up 😍
Also, I just had to take a minute to appreciate the quality of the video, 😭
I'm so grateful 👏
Love this new format! Great info well delivered. Will you be putting a book out? All this info written in one place would be helpful 💖
Flishybrond I would love to. I think you are right....
@@CurlyProverbz can you please straighten your hair so we can see how long it truly is???
Thanks Farida, for the great content as usual. With henna glosses n tea my hair is thick and past waist length now
How long have you been doing this regiment?
How often do you apply Henna gloss??
Oh ... that’s great news .. I kind of use my henna as a pre- poo. Haven’t attempted the henna tea yet.
Just finished washing my hair. Did a mask with henna and fenegreek powder nice with conditioner. My hair so super soft and defined. I'm sticking masks from now on instead of a gloss.
Curly have you heard of Bergamot Oil? My mom was a beautician and I was her advertisement. Had waist length hair all through childhood. Starting to remember some of the the Ayurveda techniques she used. Bergamot oil was one of the most consistent things she used. Sourcing out organic version of it now. Pretty expensive for organic. Will add it to my routine.
you look amazing in that blue! thanks for your wealth of knowledge!
Curly proverbs u have helped me so much my hair is at mid back after being at above collar bone length i've been using all of your advice and many of your recipes and i'm now on your onion juice rice water and chebe routine and loving it.my hair is growing ike crazy.by the way i'm relaxed hair but still every thing works womders for me
So educational! You are teaching the teacher! It all makes sense. I did a test and Vata was the dominant dosha. It explains the correlation of the high porosity hair. I will incorporate more castor oil and Ayurvedic practices into my routine. Thanks love!💜
Kathleen Harris so cool that you could find your category.... yes castor oil is bomb!
What test? Is it online?
Hillary D Yes, it is found at banyanbotanicals.com
I love that you post receipts of all the testimonials on the screen 😂

I've been using your hair tea as introductory to Henna, and MY HAIR LOVES IT! In a month my hair has grown and is so much thicker than I'm used to. My curls have more definition. I'm also using your infused oil as well. And, these curls are popping! Thanks, Curly P!

There is an amazing book by Dr. Vasant Lad on Ayurveda. The book is called Ayurvedic home remedies
Yihan Felix adds to amazon cart
Yihan Felix Ayurvedic home remedies
Thanks Curly, where you buy your Ayurveda products from does matter. Amazon sells unregulated everything, not checked for safety by governments until complaints pour in. Has been fine many times for no inventory control. Still puts unsafe products out for sale. Many have lead, there are documentaries on it.
Ordered for the 1st time from henna sooq after hearing Curly talk about them. The products are amazing. Same stuff I once ordered from Amazon and got horrible rashes on my neck and back. Had to take benadryl it was so horrible, painful and itchy. Anyway, she gives good information. Buyer be aware.
Such an informative video, this is right on time. I have also started taking in black seed oil daily & Seaweed for my overall health, hair & skin.
I m an Indian in India Ayurveda is used from ages it is very effective
Oh my goodness your hair is like my hair goal!! Do you have a video explaining how often you do your mask and your tea rinse and how you apply your oil mixture?
Yaaaas booboo! I already oil & massage my head & use all the oils but will try masks!! Thanks for this sis! 🥰🥰🥰

Okay!!!! Just in time for 2020!!!!
Love how I'm watching this video right after my oil/scalp massage w/ my Fenugreek infused oil😁....Excited!
Gosh I adore your hair length- could you do a length update video? I’m also trying my hardiest to stay natural when it comes to dying my hair, so I would love to see a video on helping us ladies dye and maintain our grey hair color (Brown - Dark or light) using henna and indigo. The maintenance of it would be beneficial when it comes to clarification (monthly) and general weekly shampoos ( non sulfate bases ).
Thank you so much for your Videos - sincerely - an advide subscriber!! Lol
I'm a new subscriber and absolutely love all of your videos! My hair has been stuck at shoulder-length for as long as I can remember and have just started with your Tea Gloss and WOW! I just started so obviously not seeing growth but it looks so healthy!

Shirley Mejia how do you use it?
I boiled and then used the water in my spray bottle to refresh my hair, Makes my hair really soft ❤️
You just look gorgeous 😍😍
I am sooo excited for this series just like all the other series in the past. I find it lovely that you uploaded this video yesterday, because yesterday was my 1yr mark of using ayurveda!!!!
I still have a long ways to go but I was hoping you could incorporate different combinations of herbs/henna used to dye ones hair. I have never dyed my hair and now I am seeking chemical free options
Could you please do a detailed vlog on how to use henna as a strengthening plus colouring treatment with indigo powder so that hair doesn’t go orange? Keep up the great work 😊👍🏼🙏🏽

Hello Carly Proverbs. I am trying to get the turban shower cap but when I go to the website that you linked it saying that day do not deliver to the US. I am so disappointed womp womp! I think they're so cute.
They might begin shipping to the US within a few years
Love love love!!!
I just did a henna treatment yesterday, I left it on for 6 hours because I had fell asleep lol.
Vanessa Williams haha! Bet your hair super fortified now x
@@CurlyProverbz yes it is. Im gald I left it on that long because I had just took down a 6 week old protective style so my hair needed the strengthening. I also deep conditioned over night.
I love that crochet top. Is a bomb.
Thank you so much for your information! With the henna that you suggested in previous videos they have red henna as well. Does it have the same benefits?
What is the point in selling an idea of a good product to UK followers and the product doesn’t even ship internationally ? This is just cruel .
PORJ KINS sweetheart bbo are working hard towards that in the new year x
@@CurlyProverbz true please sell here in UK too,coz u live in UK n we are a lot here,we dont want to pay high expensive shipping cost from USA
@@CurlyProverbz I was about to ask the same question after visiting the bbo website. I absolutely love your channel and content, I even use ur recipes! but this is something to definately consider for future featured products, what if bbo decided to stop or not pursue the UK route? we need to know and feel that you have our back! ♥
Alison Elson absolutely hear you but the truth be told.... in seven years on RUclips only a two UK based hair brand have collaborated with me. Not one in the last two years.... just food for thought and it is not for a lack of trying. UK natural brands often have zero budget and if I feature or mention favs it’s not because of a formal collab. My UK followers and brands are important to me hence my features of Anita Grant and Shea butter cottage being spot lighted in my top 5 brands. Sorry slightly venting but mostly trying to explain as best I can. I hope that helps and that progress is made in the right direction soon
@@CurlyProverbz absolutely no problem at all feel free to totallly vent we all love you and are proud of you for everything you have achieved! Thanks for clarifying the situation. I think after your mini series perhaps you could make this topic as a Q&A video this way us UK followers are clear at the situation, continue to be appreciative of your hard work and you don't have to keep answering yourself to others who have the same thought. Also it may highlight the issue to prospective overseas collabs to really take this on board and perhaps give you leverage with negotiating. Saying that, thank you for taking the time to answer my question personally! ♥ ♥ ♥
Do u dc after henna gloss ?
So helpful thank you very very much
Hey lovely curly proverbz, where did you get that gorgeous sweater from please???
Yassss!!! I'm here first
Hello Curly Proverbs, can you alternate days between Hair butters and the growth oil for hair growth or just stick with the oil; as I am low poo and protein sensitive..
Whats a tip for getting all the herbs out of your hair?
I use a cheap conditioner to get the rest out
Yay!!! That's all!
Will bellebarorganic.com be having a Black Friday sale? 🤞🏾
Hi Curly Proverbs, i really love your content, they have been helpful to me especially the ayuverda. can you please do a video on low porosity hair, the types of products to use for it. My hair is not growing at all. I have watched lots of video on RUclips I still can't manage my hair.
From all the low porosity videos I've seen on RUclips, most people say that the hair is slow to get moisturized/wet, but once it's wet, it stays wet and retains moisture well. As a result, hair product can build up easily with this hair type and you need to wash your hair more often than higher porosity hair to keep your scalp clean. Use lighter oils like argan oil to make sure your hair doesn't feel weighed down, and avoid using protein often because your strands are already strong.
Look up the Greenbeauty channel for tips on low porosity hair.
Hair gloss sounded good until you mentioned apple cider vinegar. I love ACV for a skin toner but not for my hair as it breaks my hair off. I will stick to fenugreek & henna which left my hair very soft and not dry.
Hello ms beautiful..👋
I love your channel&information! I need to know what can i use on my fine hair because even using a light oil weighs my hair down?
My hair only ever goes to just over the shoulders and its so springy (coily) and i want to grow it as long as yours! Im hoping this works for me. In terms of Hair masks, how often should I do it? And what oils are the best? Bc my hair is usually dry
If your hair is usually dry then you can try doing the treatments once every month first to make sure that's okay. If your hair feels fine with that, try once every two weeks
Awesome video!!
Love this video ❤️❤️❤️

Being healthy is expensive but all I can do is try. Lol
Ahh i love the way you edit😍.
Peace oh sis... this one I had help with. We discussed came up with sequences but My friend Chika edited. He worked extremely hard in this one.
If I make a tea of fenugreek seeds, rosemary, sage, lavender, burdock root, and nettle can I use it as a spritz or will this be too drying to leave in?
You can leave it in but use a leave in conditioner afterwards as herbal teas can be drying. Or add rose water and aloe juice to the tea.
