Since i am bachelor, i was checking for weekend biryani party for 1st time with my friends, then i found this wonderful recipe with 12M views, i thought to check this recipe once for confirming availability of ingredients, by luck i have most of the ingredients & i started to prepare biryani as in video... but since i was preparing biryani for 1st time i was very nervous, then i started to preparation with possitive feeling with low expectations, i have complete the biryani preparation process as in video,
After completion of biryani i ask my friend to taste it once before serving to all, his reaction was such that he is going to be bali ka bakara but after tasting it he literally cried by remembering his mom's recipe & he hugged me!!!!

This is it!!! I made this n it turn out absolutely delicious… my husband n I don’t take lots of food normally but this one was a hit and we had second helping Nyumnyumnyum yummyyyyy!!!
I used a copper pot to make the biryani and dum using aluminium foil… it kept the biryani warm even after 6 hours n the chicken was fluffy… Tq sooo much for the recipe .. We love it… now I can brag to everyone that I can make the best biryani in the world 😂😂😂

Looks yummy. I always temper my yogurt. I take a spoon of the gravy and mix it in the yogurt, then another spoon and mix it in and slowly bring up the temperature of the yogurt then mix it all in the pot. It doesn’t separate.
