Just made this today and it was such a hit! So easy to make! I’m a working professional so I made the onions and chicken gravy a day ahead and just made the rice fresh in the morning and it turned out so good! Your recipes are always foolproof! 🩶🙌🏻

bhai kahi bhi mil jaega agar apke pass koi restaurant ya fir dhaba hai toh unko bol sakte ho 2-3 piece dene ko wo de denge ya fir wood (for burning etc) ke shop pe bhi mil jata hai

I would avoid kasuri methi in biryani masala - yeah if than butter chicken it’s ok towards end. Though there is no law & boundaries in not adding any ingredients in food preparation biryani masala with over 50 Spices ( LAZZATE TAAM ) Lucknow inspired Which is very different that’s what I prepare it at home. Some of ingredients you need to purchase from herbal ( hakim) shop Also noticed which biryani on dum gets ready in 10/15 minutes ? I would say 25-30 minutes - on slow and 5 minutes on high heat In general chef sanjyot’s recipes are very appealing This is a good one too Only sharing my thought Definitely not criticism- he is far far superior and better chef Respect 🙏
