It tells me that management schools in India have not matured as yet!
Tell that you could not crack CAT

Yup they haven't, they give out silly gender diversity points

Municipalities of USA 😂😂
😅😅
😂😂
She must have mentioned that USA visit, spain visit.
Donald Trump pehle municipalities se hi jeeta tha 😂😂😂
She pronounced Koikhode as it written Kozhikode
Even Americans don't know their municipalities are in USA .
So I don't think it's a thing to be proud of
@@thewatcher8404 no point is they still perform better these question can easil be done through chatgpt ask question which invoke brain not ratafication
They definitely know
They must have asked about number of states and She just forgot the difference between States and municipalities 😂
No one can answer such nonsense questions. Can you tell me the number of districts in India without googling? More importantly why would you need to know it ? I mean if you were an IAS aspirant appearing for UPSC interview then this question would have made sense but for management its mostly useless. IIMS & IITs do well because of the talent that go there from the entire country, its not because of their teaching abilities. Just take a look at introductory computer science course at IITs (use NPTEL to find it ) and compare it with introductory computer science course at say harvard (use edx). You will know the quality difference
Thats not GK. Thats KBC Rs 50,00, 000 question
😂😂😂😂
😂😂
7 crore🎉🎉🎉
Only difference is if you answer coreectly you will hv to pay the amount here
Oh.. they must be thinking, they are the pannel for IAS interviews.. 😆

Ok so they feel like this is what a management student should know 😂😂
No, they test your behavior and how calm you can stay at that point of time when you don't know an answer
Management is not about taxation and accounts, how you implement and use social structure what are the things you about the world even irrelevant (but how much cognizance you have in your life)

First attitude than skill
Bhai facts yaad kar lene ko excellence nei bolte
From my personal experience, these questions usually(not every time) come up when you mention something related. They would not randomly ask you anything unless you mentioned it in your resume or one of your answers.
Sohni punjaban khatri arora❤
She might have told she loves travelling or such
People don't understand that these questions aren't to check your gk or knowledge they are just to check how you deal with the questions that you aren't aware about in a challenging situation..

Tough Questions ❎ Irrelevant Questions ✅
You can guess how many municipalities are in the us pretty easily if you know it has 50 states ,now per stater there'll be around 30/40 ish cities ,each city with have around 10 smaller towns or villages ,you'll land at 15 to 20 thousand as your answer (everyone knows us has 50 states, the others are just educated guesses based on assumptions depending on your prior simple knowledge inc your own state)

They generally don’t ask random questions like coastline of Spain. She must have said she loves to travel in Spain by boat or something like that.
Kozi-kodayy? 😂
Can't question the toppers man they memorized and passed an exam 😅
केरल मे एक जगह है। 😂
It's not pronounced that way,
It's pronounced kozhi- code
@@mohitthakkar8362 pronounced as korikodh
I am not a native in that language which is spoken primarily in Kerala, but I do happen to know few things about that zh in Kozhikode.
It is known as exotic L, in linguistics (I mean colloquially, because the technical name has like 4 words in it 😂).
And speaking about that girl's attempt at pronunciation, we should give her a break.
She did what any not native person would do, and went with a very literal pronunciation of the spelling, perceiving it be correct, without knowing about all the intricacies and the actual validity of it.
That differentiation will almost be impossible for her, unless she's a native or knows Malayalam very well.
Speaking if it's pronunciation, it's similar R or L. (Similar, not Identical)
[Rabbit Hole:
l in Hindī, everyone knows Pretty Simple.
ḷ in Marāṭhī and some other languages, few people know how to pronounce it correctly. First layer of complexity!
ḻ in Malayalam, Different than ḷ, and very few people know the actual pronunciation, obviously excluding me
Second layer of complexity!]
All interviewers have enjoyed
And finally they do consulting or excel work
Not all are GK. The municipalities question is a logic question. Number of states in US or Number of congressional seats? and then think if this is number of seats, how many municipalities will be there.
Spain question: Coastline - Either going towards UK and reaching Nordic side, or towards Africa side and will cross Portugal. This is Geography question.
In short, how smart you can think when put in a spot
Management schools should be called placement agencies !
She just too pretty 😅❤

She was already gifted with looks, height, fair skin, well to do parents, quality education, beauty, reservation and high quality genes for both appearance and brains. I would say she knows how to use her gifts very well.

That is why Indian managers lack in judgement because interviewers ask all frivolous questions 😅
Are these really serious questions or just a warm up?
I love these questions.. geographical questions are much easier than history and politics
For the people searching her name She is Akanksha Chaudhary. A model turned IIM girl.
Haa iska accent he bta rha hai 😂😂
Panel only asks those questions which the panel knows very well. Lets bring a cross questioning interview round where a candidate has a right to ask que from those 40 yrs old ratuu and then see their facial expressions when they cant even ans basic que

Telling you this from an IIM, they dont expect you to answer everything. They just check how you maintain your composure when you dont know something.
Management school interview doesn't check your GK, they check how you handle uncertainties and these type of questions are to check how calmly you handel things you dont know

Apne aap ko badnam mat kro
Most of other students won't know such questions as well it's just how you articulate your lack of knowledge on that topic
She is so beautiful ❤️😍
Nah man it’s impossible that IIM’s will ask these type of idiotic questions, or else if I see it from another perspective they were not looking for a direct answer but were looking for how a person can tackle difficulties(in this case question) unknown to him/her.
They asked her these questions because she has mentioned in her profile as a travel enthusiast and also most of the times she has visited Europe in her travels.
Therefore, they asked specifically questions related to European countries.
What Management student should actually know?
1. How to manage human resources to benefit company revenue
What is the connection between these questions and Management Skills .... 😂
She must try as heroine ......unbelievably glorious beauty girl like her
It's like asking "how many stars are there over India during full moon day?" This is the maturity level of IIM interview committee members to judge a Business candidate. They are not Phd candidates geography.
Insanely clear how IIMs are yet another kind of factories with no mote

She's like oh the paper was so tough. I will only get 99 out of 100.😂
Mostly people gets hired in IIM on face value...
Because people like to do business with people they like.
What is the point of selecting a robot-like intelligent person for a management role?
Even the questions in upsc ask about countries and boundaries but literally how many coastline in Spain is really crazy, the other 2 were answerable even though the language one was quite tricky because one need to have that kind of brain to remember it point to point.
Still IIM interviews are going overboard with such questions.
Kitti awesome h yaar 🥰
If these are the IIM interviews questions then I am better off without it
Me:- sorry sir, sorry sir ,sorry sir😂😂😂😂😂
What a pretty thing 🤩
Having degrees and entrance is not q guarantee for your knowledge and Talent
Most of IIM IIT Graduate are doing corporate Jobs
I dont think they are expecting actual answer, these questions are called Guesstimates, where your ability to make logical assumptions and get an approximate answer is judged
Municipalities in us...hahahaha...seriously 😂😂😂😂😂
Most of them have case studies from B schools abroad.
The difference between being Smart Vs. being Intelligent. She’s the latter.
That’s beyond the general knowledge 😂
Municipalities in USA!! Lolll there is nothing as such, only counties 😂
I cannot even imagine a company in US asking questions about Indian municipality, its always India that consider that if you have knowledge of the west then you are smart. Such education and management hmph.
It’s really amusing to see people complaining about these questions being irrelevant, yes they are, that’s the point of such questions…. They don’t want the correct answer, they are testing the candidates reaction to such questions
Sounds more like ias question for iim. What geography is required in management 😅
