Before starting a startup learn how to socialize first, become wise and the most important of them all, become a good person first. All these things can be done during the process but becoming the good hearted person first is the most important thing. Try to get the most out of your work be it money, fame etc. But don't become so dwelled on on getting so much that you compromise your ethics and humanity. Because if you do that your spirit will get bitter and all your work will still exist, you'll have all the money but it'll really be for nothing because you'll still be suffering from inside in ways you may not even be conscious of.
I had this little tear at the side of my eye and the biggest smile on my face at the end of the video.Even I joined a startup where I used to stand for long hours doing one to one sales, and imparting knowledge was the main task then mere sales. I related hard with you on that. Although I had to leave that startup as the founders were too connected with their products and failed to see some major setbacks and I felt that I have learnt as much I could of this segment so I left. But that experience gave me a lot of exposure to the posh organic markets of the rich and how do rich people spend their money. I am too fascinated by this startup buzz but later listening to some wise people and today you I have realised that I need to use my twenty’s as a process of becoming a better founder rather then starting now. Take leadership roles, deal with people , learn about industry and take every step as a process instead of thinking as wasting my time petty things instead of starting something new coz no matter how cool it sounds , startup journey is brutal and I need to prepare. I think in retrospect we can judge a lot of decisions. At the time of making the decision the best you can do is take a calculated risk. The decisions can also be felt wrong in the future when we have more knowledge. So a lot depends on luck as well
It's my responsibility to ensure good ecosystem for everyone that's chosen to leave their homes and come and work with us....... providing job's is not just about their salary there's so many more layers to it and as a founder you have to ensure the team is happy at the workplace

Very good video about why startups can be a very risky endeavor r. My advice is to build up industry knowledge first and then be ready to start a company. A lot of brilliant people came from industry background or solved a problem that they had themselves.
