You can’t expect from others until you yourself don’t value what you’re doing. Anything half heartedly done is equivalent to nothing. I have realized this from my own experience. I am loving this tough time. I have evolved a lot. Learned things which I think no university or college or course can teach you. I agree there are so many faults in ICAI system but still I do not wish to run away in this battlefield what I chose for myself, no matter what. You believe what you focus on. 3. Stop listening to the wrong voice in your head and trust yourself. 4. Poeple learn to treat you, based on how you are treating yourself. 5. Stop questioning yourself. Stop second-guessing yourself. 6. You have to be your own guide. Your thoughts about yourself will always control how you feel about yourself. 7. Stop worrying about the future when it has not happened yet. 8. Don't focus on the outcome, focus on the journey. 9. Finally, you are given different cards to deal with. Thus, you will loose some and win some. The people you meet/ your friends will only cross paths with you but they will end up differently than you. But why do companies need diversity? I understand gender diversity is to maintain sex ratio in companies. I understand work exp is preferred becoz MBA after work exp just makes sense. Why do you need commerce and other backgrounds? Is it becoz companies need people for accounting related jobs? If this is true then colleges are right in preferring commerce students.

I might be wrong but many IITns are like people whose minds were engineered in 11th and 12th grades to solves math, phy and chem questions. Many of them have had the mindset of working hard to get good grades, working to earn money. Most don't think philosophically and creatively to uplift the society. Western uni's like MIT, Harvard are like innovation hubs where students come with dreams to make new things and turn it into a business but here in India IIT's are more grades focused. Maybe exceptions do exist but mostly it's about getting a good job and a salary. Also most don't have good general knowledge or even communication skills
