Charity your videos on Rv hacks makes me smile. Thank you for including your bloopers. You guys come up with great ideas and I appreciate the sharing.😊
Charity and Ben, I agree with some of the commenters here, a refresher is always welcome. Keep up the good work. I love your videos and never get tired of them 💕.
Thanks for the great tips. One to hang your tank tops up. Hanger, plastic shower curtain holder. Put the plastic round holders onto straight bar of hanger, then put your tops should straps into the holder. Can hang quite a few on one hander. Pinterest video
The storage pillow concept couldn’t be further from new. It was all over RUclips literally years ago. You can do it with ANY pillow cover. I have pretty decorative pillows lining the rear of my bed all day making it a “sofa”. They’re all stuffed with out of season things.
I loved the t-shirt folding hack, which I will try. I can’t tell you how many of your hacks I’ve used in our recent (16 months) RV full-timing! (I just can’t turn away from a good life hack!) 😊
I'm not in an RV, but I am in a much smaller apartment than I was previously used to. I love your folding hacks and I'll start using them with the bins. I current have hanging shelves in the closet. They're getting a bit messy, especially since my kitty uses them to climb to the top shelf to nap. I had been thinking about bins that fit the cubes, but I wasn't sure how to fold clothes to fit them. I already use a trick to organize my hair ties. I put them around a toilet paper tube. It keeps them all together and in one place.
Great video! I especially liked the storage pillow idea! I was just trying to find aa place to store blankets yesterday! You rock, Charity! ❤🙏from SC, Jane
The Dollar Tree has the vacuum collapsible bags that shrinks down seasonal clothing /linens / etc. Remember the weight is still there but taking up less space. A king fluffy pillow shrinks down to maybe 2 inches thick..The little hand held vacuum works great sucking out the air or for $10 you can get the little vacuum motor used to inflate and deflate plastic mattresses.
I use a “storage pillow” to hold plastic, grocery bags, which I reuse for the RV garbage can, pet waste bags and even for multiple rounds of grocery shopping. I got the pillow case from Ikea and it has a zipper, which means nothing falls put. I could also use it for clothing and/or blankets.
All awesome ideas. Question please: Under your couch storage, where the heating system lives, what about air circulation when in use? Or do you move the items out?
Being vertically challenged (aka short) I had problems accessing the storage under my bed. I cut a door on the front skirting. Now I can easily get to the stored items
I noticed you like "Cherrios" and" Raisin Bran". Me too. Don't know if you shop at Aldis but I've found their brand of those cereals is just as good and a lot less. There's a tip for you. Enjoy your channel!
Cool tips! Question: when first setting up a camper, when putting things in the cabinets, would you recommend labeling the cupboards contents? Thank you for what you do!
I just roll my clothes and put the logo on the OUTSIDE so I can see what shirt I'm pulling. I actually started that when I was traveling in Europe. I used a backpack, but to say I was "backpacking" was way a stretch. I would say I was hosteling ;) I also put my clothes in zip lock bags so they were easier to find. I carried a dirty bag and when that was full, I did laundry. Not really an RV hack unless someone is living in a super small space.
Great video, and good hacks not only for the RV, but for home as well. We are confused by the underwear folding, as there seems to be an edit in the video cutting out how you rolled it over and tucked it in. Can you clarify? Thank you!
I love your videos, the out-takes are the best! My question is were do you have the cats litter box? We will be traveling with 2 cats as well. I would love some insight into your cat care on the road, thanks!
I would like to know are there any modifications that can help your motor home get better gas mileage my motor home only gets about 8 miles to the gallon city highway I have no clue I have a 1998 Fleetwood boundarfully renovated and still in the process of upgrading
Hi Charity, I love your channel! I want one of the shirts you are wearing in this video, are they available? I didn’t see them on your website. Thank you!
Hi there, thanks for watching. These shirts were a limited edition shirt we had done this spring and they’re not available right now. We will do a limited edition each spring for the coming summer. Make sure you’re receiving our email updates to stay in the loop!
After a divorce 15+ years ago and getting older, I found tent camping was no longer an option for me. Found a 2010 R-Pod 171 travel trailer that is perfect size for me to handle on my own. However, this model does not have a lot of storage and no countertop space. 1) Built a cover for the propane burners, big enough to cover the area from front to back and wall to sink! Now I have a work space big enough to actually work without bending over dinette table. 2) No oven and no microwave. Solution - I bought an 8-in-1 combo air fryer, 6-slice toaster oven, convection oven that can bake, broil, dehydrate, roast, and grill! 3) Have two induction hot plates along with two stainless steel heat diffuser plate adapters that turn any cookware into induction cookware! 4) Installed wire closet shelves (upside down!) above dinette and bed for additional storage. After experimenting with many containers, I now have most everything in see-through storage boxes on the shelves. I did put all outdoor games/activities into a larger plastic footlocker that has wheels and can stay outside while camping with grandkids. 5) My daughter came up with the idea of using a twin fitted sheet for a tablecloth on picnic tables. PS - I have used many of your hacks from Dollar Tree!
There is no shortage of screens between tablets, phones and laptops. We decided we didn’t need more screens as we spent more of our time outdoors anyway. Thanks for watching!
No offense but your content is all starting to blend together. Seems like each year or so you release a video which is the same as the year before that and so on. Ya gotta come up with no content if you want to keep your followers.
Audiences change, and audiences grow with different viewers. I'm a senior blonde and I watch ALL helpful hint videos, if not new hint, it's a recall for the right time and right place, if new..then I use that. Viewers are blessed to have a person who is genuinely and continually looking for ways to save money, energy and effort. Who can afford not to learn how to make the most of what we have ?

I use a carabiner for my hair ties. It keeps them organized and very easy to access.
I use the small carabiner off of Naloxone kits for hair elastics & have it on my work lanyard. I should use them at home too! Good idea.
Great hacks, excellent insertion of classic The Office !
Thanks!
I really like the T shirt folding idea. It really makes them smaller and easier to travel with. Thanks!
👍
for me it was the SHEARS that totally did my mind in!
I love them! Thanks for watching

I will definitely be stealing that clothing-folding hack! That's such a space saver.
Glad you liked it!
Thank you so much for featuring the STORAGE PILLOW!! Forever grateful to the Grateful Glamper!! 🤗💛
Thanks for sharing it with us!
I have seen RV'rs using decorative couch pillow covers to hide clothing in plain sight. Ideal for small spaces.
I loved the storage pillow

Folding the t-shirt was a win!

I got throw pillow cases (just the case) and keep an extra set of sheets and blanket in them. Works great!
👍🏻
I'm just glad to know that Ben doesn't wear 'tightie whities'. And, the fact that they go in a "Ben Bin" is even better 🤣
😂
There she is, the QVC Queen of RVs!
😂
Thanks for the tips/hacks.I need to do this at my house as well!…..Lisa
The great thing is these hacks can be used for most anyone, thanks for watching

I like your storage ideas to use in my sticks and bricks home.
Awesome thanks for watching
All awesome ideas. Question please: Under your couch storage, where the heating system lives, what about air circulation when in use? Or do you move the items out?
The duct work is sealed so there is no need for air circulation
Being vertically challenged (aka short) I had problems accessing the storage under my bed. I cut a door on the front skirting. Now I can easily get to the stored items
Great way to make the space work for you! Thanks for watching and sharing
Thank you ! You are so awesome with your hacks 😊

I would put items in bins and then label those bins

We used to put it under the dinette but will be changing that to under the steering wheel area instead
Love these hacks!

RV’s are not the most fuel efficient, we get around 6.5-7 mpg - there’s not much you can do to get better mileage
Do you have stickers? I need one for our new travel trailer.
We do!
