Tbh, Art Of War 3 is not really an offline game. It doesn't even had an offline mode. You cant save locally your progress in single player mode, you have to turn the internet connection for cloud saving.
Machine at war 3 is the best rts in mobile but was not updated since 2019 😢 so the playstore listed it as for old devices...
its offline have multiplayer and lots of different units...
but if you want to.. you can sail to get it if you know what I mean 🏴☠️

I cant tell weither these games are pc or mobile because i keep noticing that cursor
They are all for mobile phones, many are played on emulators, that's why they have the mouse cursor
