    Is that three teaspoons of each oil separately or is there a blend of them.

    What she doesn't mention is that a lot of flaxseed oil taken internally will make your face skin droop. It's all about balance. EPA and DHA won't do that...

      Balance is key with any oil. While flaxseed oil has benefits, too much can affect skin differently for some people. EPA and DHA are great alternatives that don’t have the same effect. It's best to listen to your body and consult a health professional
