    Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    2 lbs Brussels sprouts (shredded)
    ½ cup olive oil
    ¼ cup lemon juice

    1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
    ½ tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ cup white cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

    Instructions:
