While most games seek "more" and "extreme" with an unfulfilled appetite, Limbo and Inside are enchanting examples of how a video game can be art. They're modest yet profound. The puzzles themselves reveal the emotion and story. Very tastefully done. I am so happy that kids can be inspired by these.
Just seen this and I totally agree. Most modern games these days are all about how much they can put in and cramming everything and anything into it to the extreme. Now don't get me wrong but in certain circumstances it can work but this seems to be one of those experiences where less is definitely more and substance over matter and
The hardest part was always trying to identify how the next puzzle was going to best you. You couldn't really predict alot. The game really forced you to react once past the initial triggers, shit was not easy. Great game.
O.o Really? I mean, what's scary is subjective to each player, but in my opinion the bear traps weren't much of a problem, even on my first play through. And especially on the second time through when you know to expect them and where, it's more about executing the your platforming skills at the right time. The scariest part for me was the spider, since it requires patience during the chase sequence when all you want to do is get the heck away from it. And not scary so much as difficult for me were the electric and buzz saw areas. They were just annoyingly frustrating.
43:30 was the best part for me. Just when you think it's happy ending with blissful music behind it, it gets cut in a second, you start to hear some crude pulverising machine in the distance. Coldness and cruelty of the place is shown very good.
So many commenters reading No Deaths as "I'm so good so I finished the game with No Deaths" while it surely implies "I show No Deaths as to not waste your time".
42:00-43:00 is my favorite part of the game. While the world spins around you and you're faced with giant, loud buzz saws and electrical floors, the only things protecting you from imminent death are a wooden crate and two chains dangling mere inches away from the saws. As you drop from the chain onto the wooden crate, you have just mere moments to position yourself before it slides directly into the second saw. As you make one final leap of faith and grab onto the second chain, the crate is shredded to bits. The deafening sound of spinning blades is quickly replaced with calm, tranquil music, and you are finally safe (for now.)
Thank you for the walkthrough, saving everyone years trying to figure things out. Being an experienced gamer, I actually made it about 75% of the way before needing your video. An interesting thing about the game is that the writing, beneath its apparent darkness, actually has a satiric meaning in its symbolism. Making it through with no deaths would be almost superhuman or maybe just super-geeky! 🙂

Yeah ..I play more 3 hours just this part 😭😭
Wasn’t too hard tbh all you have to do is beat gravity at its own game
I don't understand the ending. Does this game have a deeper meaning or is it just a puzzle game.
I'm trying to find about the story as well, I just play it on my channel last week

Thank you for the vid, I had this game on the PS3 and I was so little I couldn’t get passed the first 5 minutes. I saw the game INSIDE rn and it reminded me of LIMBO.
I hope he releases another where the sister has to save him. Call it LIMBA.
I remember playing and completing this game a while ago. It was fun and unique.
u should try ori and the blind forest / will of the wisps its soo good bro
@@renegademaster1773 I'll consider those, thanks!
Many spiders/bugs were hurt in the making of this video.

This game is GORGEOUS
You saved my day 6 or 7 times man 😂 Much appreciated 🙏🏾
Some good clean edits there to make it look like no deaths. I appreciate it. I know how and where to die but I came here just to see how a few parts are done correctly.

No commentary? Subbed! Thank you.
Best Video About LIMBO
This is so old fashion and well made i like this game a lot thank you for posting this
Just beat it with zero deaths and no hints it was actually pretty easy and logical to follow
I've seen this factory in my dreams so many times..it creeps me out.
Nice playthrough. Helped a lot.
This game was about the deepest human emotions or something if I remember correctly. The spider represents fear, the other children represent lonliness/isolation and the rest I dont remember.
I got stuck at 50:13 that whole puzzle section is really tricky even though I passed the others puzzles with no guides, a really hard game and I love it
I’d just finished this game! Love it
They really need to make a second game for limbo, like a continued version.
Yes i loved this game i played all night it was a awesome experience
This was one of the first indie ish horror games before the popularity of slender, along with this and amnesia. It’s lovely diving into the past
Here in 2020 playing this
Audio_games I used to play this in 2012. I’m planning on getting it again
Yessir I love this game

You are awesome buddy. Absolutely amazing. I don't even get how you were able to find another box to levitate, towards the end. Fantastic bro 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I like the atmospheres but most of the puzzles seem to require timing. It's like a slow version of SMB.
I play the game on my channel and so far there is no complicated puzzle yet, what is SMB?
@@NakaJhon super mario bros
@@TheBoltrower Ow.... thanks lol
But I disagree with Thomas because with Limbo you need to think to figure out a lot of puzzle and on SMB you just need to run and Jump and find keys
*Just my opinion
@@NakaJhon as he said "a slow version of smb" because in Limbo you do the same thing with puzzles and slower movement

so helpful thanks😀
trust me. this game is so underrated
This game is NOT underrated. Far from it, as a matter of fact.
This is one of my favorite games ever.
Thanks a lot, l managed to go through the whole game
Two facts:
1) Flat Earthers hate this game.
2) Legend says that hamster is still spinning that wheel.

Wait this game reminds me of little nightmares..
Lamo just replyed to a comment above yours like that
yeah it has very simular aspects. little nightmares limbo and inside are based on the same universe i believe (correct me if im wrong)
@@sillybilly9384 limbo and inside are made by the same company, but not little nightmares. They just have similar vibes. I haven't finished limbo, but I doubt they're in the same universe
Edit: ok I finished limbo and I still don't think it's the same universe as inside
It does bring real wit you
Little nightamares is way better

This game has no music but instead all of the surround sounds like the loud wind and objects u use. It’s very eery and fascinating the creators did this

After watching the Little Nightmare II gameplay I was expecting that the boy would say at the end *'Hey! Psst!'* and the sister *'hi...'*
