Just installed it two weeks ago. at $200 with tax I am happy with the product. The written manual is slightly different than this video. Use both the video and instructions. Pay attention to the details provided as not to make a mistake. This product is worth spending about $110 more than the traditional door and in my case where the screen doors on sliders no longer worked on the track properly. The latch works well for adults, but finding the kids are having a little more trouble. A slightly better latch and handle could be used. Also you will have a thin bottom rail to step over. So far the Novascreen is worth it for me.

What’s the size of the lip ?
