@PowPows4 Jeux Sans Frontières (English: Games Without Frontiers or Games Without Borders) was a Europe-wide television game show.
In its original conception, it was broadcast from 1965 to 1999 under the auspices of the European Broadcasting Union and featured teams from different European countries in outlandish costumes (often large latex suits) competing to complete bizarre tasks in funny games.

This just brought tears to my eyes; from laughter at Stuart Hall and the adorable non-stop hilarity that was Eddie Waring - and to better times, when the World seemed to be full of joy and laughter. So, thank you for sharing these amazing moments in time with us all.

I can speak for a lot of people - we all miss Stuart Hall, whatever his imperfections as a human being, and we miss Jeux sans Frontières. Looking back, it was a joyful, simple time, and one wonders what there is today in the world that gives such comfort and 'belonging'?

Yes, I agree. I am not ashamed to watch this and laugh again at his laughter.

"Imperfections"? Is that what you would call it if your 12-year-old daughter was sexually abused, or he had sex with your underage sister? Being a paedophile is a bit more than an "imperfection", and having an infectious laugh doesn't make it any less vile.

Man!! I watched this in the 70-80's. I forgot how funny it was. When Stuart Hall started laughing and losing it,I would be laughing at him laughing. I remember rolling on the floor jusr like when I watched Faulty Towers.
Great to see some clips on youtube.

Stuart Hall and political correctness. What he did was abominable but this was so good when I was a very young child. I also remember the time Britain won it.

Fantastic, loved the mad costumes, the mad games and stuart hall.
Why oh why was it scrapped, just good old fun for all the family,no big prizes for greedy folk, just a sense of taking part, representing your country and having fun!!
All the things that are sadly lacking in todays society.
