- Today, we are tackling the Plank Owner's Punch! A Delicious cocktail and recipe by Jason Alexander. He said he designed this cocktail as an amalgamation of two of his favorite classic tiki cocktails: Planters Punch and Navy Grog. The cocktail is full bodied with flavors of citrus, rich honey, tropical spices and powerful rum. It's perfect for summer, I hope you guys enjoy!

Plank Owner's Punch
1oz Lemon Juice
1oz Honey Syrup(2:1)
.5oz Dons Spices No.2(see recipe below)
1.5oz Plantation Original Dark Rum
1.5oz Plantation O.F.T.D Overproof Rum
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
6 Drops Pernod(I used Pernod Absinthe Superiore)
Build in a cocktail shaker. Fill tin with one scoop of pebble or crushed ice(2oz roughly) and whip shake hard until almost all of the ice has melted. Pour unstrained into a collins or zombie glass. Fill the rest of way with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
Dons Spices No.2(My Recipe)
6oz Vanilla Syrup(2:1)
3-4oz St.Elizabeths Allspice Dram
2-3oz Hamilton Pimento Liqueur
Jason's Recipe
1 part vanilla syrup(2:1)
1 part Hamilton Pimento Liqueur
Build in a 12oz sealable bottle and shake. Let sit in fridge for about 4 hours for ingredients to meld. If you want more sweeties and spice use more St.Elizabeth, if you want more proof and Jamaican funk, use more Hamilton. I like to use 4oz St.Elizabeth and 2oz Hamilton personally.

Super Bowl 2024 cocktail 🔥👍🏼
A powerful presentation of Plantations pugnacious punch. Truly a robust cocktai.
A little bit of soda water would do wonders for this drink.
Not to be confused with George Constanza
hahaha a loyal viewer! thanks for commenting as always brother. But it would be interesting to have a drink made by George Costanza however
Do you keep your bees nests for your honey syrup next to your mint leaf groves??
hahaha no but we do have alot of good local honey farms.
