It is great they let you film. Good on you for limiting your impact on their work. Shops like that need all the support they can get. Good honest work and pricing. You got a heck of a deal in my opinion.
I just bought a 1962 Jeep CJ5 on Wednesday and have a lot to learn because I've never worked on a classic vehicle before. Should be a fun adventure and I'll be relying on RUclips videos for most of the repairs/restorations.
These guys are great and do all the work on my Cherokee project that I am not equipped for. Like fab work etc or a lot of times just don’t have the time for or flat just don’t feel like doing sometimes. They mainly do jeeps but do work on other 4x4’s. But they are not an oil change/tune up shop. Don’t get me wrong they are great guys and their prices are more than fair. It doesn’t have to be a hard core off road rig either. My Cherokee is a mild build compared to most stuff there. But don’t bring your Subaru Outback thinking they’re going to do a service and install your latest wanna be overlanding roof rack and tail light guards. Unless you want you outbacks suspension totally cut out and 4 linked coil overs installed. Then they might consider working on it. But seriously they are awesome people and can do anything from bolt on suspension to fully fabricated custom suspension and axle swaps.
@9:00 -- That guy needs to watch Adam from Hometown Acres latest video about hand grinders and ER visits! Made me nervous!! Best, -- J. Andre. / Old Iron Acres
I was thinking of posting the same comment, but you got there first. At least this guys grinder has a paddle switch, although if it gets bound up it'll act just like an on/off switch.
Doing an engine swap at 104° F wasn't an easy day, we're glad we could help you Brock!!

Nice of these fellows to let you video. You will have a heck of a vehicle. Keep a tinkering...

Super cool they allowed that!
thanks, you got me on a tangent looking at hellcat videos and 1000hp setups... Jeep project looks fun to a degree.
Those guys were fast . Hope your boy is happy . Seeya
Wow! Awesome work and what a great price!
Hi Brock, I just got back from Tennessee. The annual Jeep Invasion. 100s of thousands of Jeeps. Fun time. You ought to try and make it next year.
Glad the Jeep is back in action!
Another great video Brock! You did really good on that price!! 👍🏻
Very cool, awesome video Brock! 👍🏻
14:14 The tab bolted to the alternator looks like a shock mount tab for a rear axle :)
How do you find this guy again? Think you're pretty lucky you did.
