- I don’t feel the need to talk up the SAR USA P8L in this description because watching the video will show exactly how awesome of a firearm it truly is. Lots of value for your money in this firearm.
I own one of these.. put 50 rounds into a target at 10 meters and none of them were outside the 9 ring.... very impressed. It shoots great, accurate, shoots soft.... love it.
Sarsilmaz make awesome guns. I own the Sar K2 45C, Sar P8S, Sar K12 Sport and the Sar CM9 I love them all. The best thing about their DA/SA guns is that the internals parts are compatible with Tanfoglio so you can really customize those triggers real good! LOK Grips has grips for the Sarsilmaz handguns too.
Have you try to put a k12 slide in to the k2 45 frame?
@@therock1902 it won't work the K2 45 frame is wider, the K12 slide will wiggle. Now with some fitting the K12 slide will work on the P8 but it will need some filling. Not recommended!
@@katanapr3 thanks for replying it narrows down what I want to get next. I've own 2 sar 2000s and 1 k12, I wanted to get k2 for the rails, but it seems not all sars are interchangeable. I will be getting a p8l as my next sars collection.
@@therock1902 Sarsilmaz are basically copies of Tanfoglio. Some models are larges frames like the Sar K2 45 and Sar K2 45C but most of their 9mm handguns are Small frames. It's a little bit confusing but when you own a few Tanfoglio you learn the difference and can identify Sarsilmaz and their compatibility.
Cool review. I love mine. I think they are under-appreciated.

The SAR line seems to be a great value, accessories and aftermarket just isn't there.
...this is a CZ/ Tanfoglio variant...if you apply yourself just a tiny bit, you have a ton of aftermarket options...
