I haven't seen any other video comparable to that of yours. The dishes has been tried by me and those tasted damn good and lauded by everyone. You are kindly requested to keep posting more of exotic vegetarian dishes including rich salads of differenet varities. Thanks once again. Regards, Pnkj

Sanjay, you are a great communicator and a great chef. It's a winning combination which makes me watch your videos with much interest. I have learnt the rava dosa from your videos and I have taught my friends too. Thank you very much. But, I somehow do not succeed in making perfect aloo parathas. The attempt is still on. Thank you once again. Please keep posting.

I never tried before okra sabji with tomato nd bellpeppers..thanku so much for sharing. we're not eating onion & garlic so instead of i put hard Cabbege for onion purpose(only available in uk,in india can't get hard cabbage) nd Hing instead of garlic..but taste was so amazing..Lord Krishna deffinately loved it bcz whenever we make food we always offer to Lord Krishna. Bless you..Radhe Radhe
Hey Vah Chef,Kadai Bhendi came out so well....Thanks!! Even my mom used to say that eating okra will make me score good marks in mathematics...he he....Take care.
helo chef; vah re vah ...your way of cooking & expressions has made me love vegetarian food & it's delicious flavours. you put your soul into if...reminds me of my dad who is no more & his inimitable style of cooking with minute attention to even his style of cutting the vegetables .I have tried many of ur simpler recipees & it just turned fantastic. Cheers to you.
Sanjay ... Currently, i am out of India .. I never cooked curry or any complex dish .. Thanks to you , my stay here has become very joyful.. I enjoy cooking and ur the reason for it .. Thanks Sanjay :)
i know Im asking randomly but does someone know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
My goodness, chef. It looks and sounds so delicious. I don't even like cooking, Now I want to make this colorful Okra dish. never deep fried Okra before. But I will strictly follow your instructions,
Chef, I tried this recipe yesterday. Thank you for posting it! Could you please clarify how much Onion, Tomatoes, Okra and Green/Yellow peppers to use? You mentioned 2 tomatoes in the recipe and I guessed the rest based on what the quantity looked like in your video. I love the addition of the measuring spoons! It would great if you could also add info about the quantities of vegetables and meat in your recipes. Regardless, you are really awesome! My friends and I love your videos.
I've recently tried ur Bagara baingan and hydrabadi biriyani and many more in the past years,....never had trouble with measurements...I love ur presentation... Specially for ur tips and tricks,,, I apply them in my other dishes too.....thank u...
You know something... I tried putting okra's in microwave for 3 minutes and kept all the procedures same... IT CAME OUT AWESOME....try if you health/calories conscious... !!
Thank you very much sanjay for your recipes. I love the way you explain & ease such difficult dishes. i enjoy cooking now and you have been a great motivation...
Dear chef Sanjay, I just made this dish as you suggested but substituted green peppers with the red ones. It turned out awesome. Am happy to have tried ur recipe. Thank you. - Preeti.
ur dishes r awsome ,and I have learnt many receipes from ur end ... sir I wanted to know weather u have books published on mughalai food and biryani receipe ... if so how can I get them
this is really delicious dish...the way sanjay explains and feel for the whole process, preparation is just awesome..u just feel like trying it out for sure.....:)
Tried this in the past and it came out well. Just wondering if you have an indian baby food section. If not, you definitely should consider doing a section for toddler food as I have a toddler who currently eats pastas and eggs etc but I need him to be introduced to spices sooner than later so that we are all happy with the same menu in the future. Giving him indian dal at present but that's about it. Thx! Love your cooking!
I know that many people don't like the slimy texture that bhindi give but, personally, I love it. I was wondering if there were other recipes I could make that were slimy. There is a vegetable that is similar to small potatoes and tastes like a coarser textured slimy potato (I think it is called arrawi in North India). Also, what do you think about using yellow bananas? Do you have any ideas for such a slimy spicy dish?
I tried it bearing in mind this was my first curry dish it turned out great really nice and flavourful I didn't include the peppers yet it still turned out just as good
I tried this after seeing the video.. but with a small change - no bell peppers as I did not stock it.. rest all was same... It came out very well and tasted awesome with roti !!!
very well explained. but I suggest to slit green chillies and add, as the color and shape of vokra and chillies are similar. sanjay...don't we need any thickening ingredient like cashews?
My grandmother cooked okra until they turned gray. So I always threw it out the window and the dog ate them. Maybe that's why I wasn't great in calculus.:)
Sanjay sir we request you to include a session of a Marathi single meal dish called 'Bhaajaniche Thaaleepith'. Eagerly waiting for its inclusion. Thanks a lot.
vahchef your cooking is too good .why dont you show writing proper measurement while cooking .i know for you you its so easy but for viewers its really pain in the ???????????????? sorry brother i never see any other chef video except yours .you are a heliver hand bro
Hi Brother! your cooking style and presentation is superb, our mouth also start watering:) Thanks for your videos. But, I have some small suggestions, if you can follow it will be very nice. Please, do not put salt in oil that's bad for health. Next, do not use non-stick pans and plastic utensils for cooking and next use sesame oil or ask people to use sesame oil which is equal to olive oil, so for Indians manchi noone is the best. Thanks once again. Let's improve our Indian's health.
Actually, I find it liberating that all your measurements are "lil bit of dis, lil bit of dat", it helps me get more of an idea of how much of each spice it's "right" to use according to dish and flavor. Plus, none of your teaspoonfuls were level, so it didn't really help those who are used to the American way. I prefer the system of learning in the (video) company of the guru, to just memorizing a recipe.
I want to try this but if ever my mother or grandmother would find out i fried the okra up she will throw her slipper at me all the way from her house. AND IT WOULD HIT.
Sir i have noticed that in most of ur recipes there is no measurement. how can a novice cook or learn to cook without measurements? no cups of vegetables, spices etc.. In this preparation though u used u were ot comfortable using measuring spoons and mentioned 'Oh this is tough'. Am surprised to hear this from a chef like u. I do cook without measurements at times but when i try a new dish for a first time i prefer to get them measured so that there is no mishap. say what though.i

+Geetha Giri Thanks. You can cut chillies as per your choice. If you want you can add cashew, it not required though.
Oh my God!!!!......EVEN MY DAD USED TO TELL ME THAT>>>LADIES FINGER ARE GOOD FOR MATH....so i used to eat them when ever mom made it :D

Curd is not needed?
@anyasmeensh Its a totally different flavor....not a good idea....but curry leaves are optional..
I love Indian culture - "Eat okra, and you'll be good in your mathematics!"
My grandmother cooked okra until they turned gray. So I always threw it out the window and the dog ate them. Maybe that's why I wasn't great in calculus.:)
