Ingredients:-
Okra - 250g
Peanuts- 1/2 cup
Besan - 1/2 cup
Rice flour- 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric- Pinch
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - pinch
Green chillies slit - 4
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Deep Fry
Water - 2 tbspn
Okra Fish Curry
Ingredients:
Murrel Fish - 500g
Okra - 250g
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies- 2
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tb spn
Mustard 1 tsp Rice - 1 tsp methi pinch ( ground into fine powder)
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Green chillies- 5
Garlic cloves- 7
Tomatoes- 2
Tamarind - lemon size
Garam masala - pinch
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt - to taste
Water - 2 cups
Oil - 2 tb spn

Make sure you sprinkle little water on okra after you apply ginger garlic paste and roll it in the flour and fry

Also the ladies finger bites is mouth watering, I haven't seen that recipe before.
btw ladies finger is called "Vendaikkai" in another language and "Bandakka" in another language. Btw "Banda" is a common male name here and "Akka" is elder sister.
Can you give the opening and meaning of them in the a video. 😃
