- When I made this video I was expecting their would be one or two 2023 Lexus GX460s remaining at my local dealership after a few weeks, I was wrong...All were sold. I may buy a used GX or wait to see how the NEW 2024 GX550 drives.
Take the nebulant gray a better resale and the white also best resale . Not that you will sell but you never know what tomorrow brings.
Keeping my options open but leaning towards nebula gray.
Can't procrastinate! I got mine a couple of weeks ago, and took it today to Lake Arrowhead in the snowstorm. The ranger waved me to pass, AWD, M&S tires and no chains needed.
Nice congrats! No GX460s left at my local dealership, they’re waiting for the first allocation of GX550s to arrive all have been sold.
I ordered 550 and canceled it. The overtrail is marked up 20k. 😮
@leslie4950 😮What part of the country? There is waiting list of 100 people at my local Lexus dealership, everyone put 2K down as a security deposit.
I was able to pick up a new 23 June 8 here in CA. A certain dealer had them off the books to allocate for the new 550s. They may still have one 🤷♂️
My local dealership is aware of new 2023s available at other dealers, but will not dealer trade. New GX550s arrived this weekend but allocated for buyers on the 100 waitlist. Not one buyer has backed out of their 2K deposit, very popular vehicle.
Bought my 17 GX white with sport pkg with captain 2nd row seats at carmax for $26k. Coulda gotten new but I do not like car loans so it is paid in cash. New TNGA platform I do not like. Added bronze trd pro wheels and it looks good!
Yeah interest rates are high. I want to test drive the new GX550 before deciding.
My wife got hers in 2022 and she loves it. Build like a tank, and the drive is really smoooooooth. Driving on the hw we average about 21 mpg at 70 miles per hour.
When I test drove it was very smooth wasn’t not tippy at all when taking corners. 21 mpg that’s really good.

Now you have me thinking about getting one as well, despite the gas mileage!!
It’s a nice SUV. I asked my Lexus dealership to locate one in Nebula Gray Pearl maybe do a dealer trade. Seems unlikely I can get one because of markup.
