I want all of you vets of DCS to imagine watching this video after just having started your first week of training in the p-51. My mind is exploding into a million pieces. Damn this is intimidating.
I found the contrast, brightness has to be adjusted well to easily see targets in GMT. At the moment symbology is a bit hard to see on the MFD with the AG radar running. Hard to see a white small square against a almost white background in some buildup areas.
I wish Cap would post these useful missions, I'm sure there are many of us like you who go off and replicate the mission to try these scenarios out for ourselves.
Let's assume you didn't know which of those units were bad guys ... how would you combine this with the TPOD to PID? So far, for me, the TPOD hands off the lat long location of when you TMS UP a moving target .. NOT the target's current location .. which means by the time the maverick seeker is in range to see it, the unit is already half a mile up the road. Therefore, it makes TPOD handoff to Maverick seemingly useless for moving targets which doesn't seem quite right.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'm trying to use the AG mode on my controller and keyboard as I don't have a Joystick setup yet, but even after I warm everything up, have the TGP attached and I enter the AG mode, I can't seem to get the Mavericks working in a way that I can lock onto a target. All I can do, is I can move the Maverick itself around, but then with the TGP, I can't control it. What should I do?
Hi cap and all sorry want to ask a question do I have the right DC's installed as at the min I have DC's 2.7 open beta is that the right one or do I have to download DC's 2.7 can someone please help me with this question thank you. Keep the video coming love them all
While trying to decipher exactly what it is that your asking. I'm guessing you're trying to find the version Cap is playing to install on your pc. The answer is 2.7 Open Beta

Don't start with the mavericks and the air to ground radar! It's a more advanced topic and there are plenty of easier weapons to release

When you say " preaviously setup Maverick" what do you mean by it? Just put them on your f16 and turn them on or is there something else?
Could you use this to attack the moving Japanese ships in your perl harbor attack defense?

Is this still working, cause I'm trying to do the exact same thing but it just locks up a ground next to it.
Does having the tpod on mess this up? Because I had some trouble getting this to work.
Is it enough to lock like u did on the left screen, or do u have to lock aswell in the right screen as u did before firing?

more like helicopters as not many jets can fly below 50 kts

tpod doesnt work if you have clouds and shit
