I just love these. I have my neighbours two kids that I craft with often. I am going to make a couple puzzles for them. Thanks Jennifer for sharing these cute designs.
Would adding a clear laminate sheet to the top of the sticker paper help protect the puzzle? Have you ever tried gluing two cereal boxes together to make a thinker puzzle?
Those are both great ideas and we did a lot of testing different materials but no, we didn't test those specifically. It would be worth a test if you have the supplies to give it a whirl! ❤️
Hello ! Thank you for this new video, very clear and complete! Watching your videos helps me learn new techniques, and improve my English (I’m French)!!!
WOW WoW!!! Jennifer your puzzles are brilliant they are so cute! Who would not love them. Thank you for teaching, Showing, Sharing can’t say it enough your Awesomeness and talent is never ending 👏👏👏👏is Just one of the many reasons you are so loved and Appreciated my us all! God Bless Hugs Liz 😊💕
Love this! I have been wanting to make photo puzzles for the grand kids without having to sublimate. Will definitely do this. Jennifer you always have great projects. Thank you much😊
Hi Jennifer, Loved this video! I made the one with the cat on it for my niece. I went one step further and added happy birthday and her name. Also, I love being an Advance Member!
Absolutely love this !! I have tried it out using holiday photo's but I did use a thicker card. (so much better) Would love to know how we can make the puzzle bigger (as in more pieces). Thank you again for showing us how to make things in simple step by step instructions.
You can use the resize handles to adjust the size of the puzzle. You can make it larger by dragging the corners outward. Remember the print then cut size is 8.5 in x 11 in / 27.9 cm x 21.6 cm or A4 size 8.3 in x 11.7 in / 21 cm x 29.6 cm. help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009429814-How-large-can-I-Print-Then-Cut
Love this! I don't know if I will be able to make it on my ScanNCut2 or not, but maybe my friend will let me try it on her Cricut. Great ideas for Christmas gifts!
Jennifer, this looks like such fun and I can't wait to try it (I need to get a deep cut blade first!). I was wondering if you could make a simpler puzzle design sometime in the future to use for younger kids? I'd love to make some for my 3 - 5 year old Sunday School class. I just love your designs, and your videos are so helpful. Thank you!
The maximum thickness a Cricut can cut depends on the material and the type of Cricut machine: Cricut Maker 3: Can cut materials up to 2.4 mm thick Cricut Explore Air: Can cut materials up to 2.0 mm thick Think of a cereal box thickness which works great.
@@JenniferMaker ah! Okay well my eldest kid matriculated last year and had loads of exam pads left over. I'll measure and see if it works. If it does, I'll post it on your page and tag you. Hopefully you'll see it 🤞🏻
I did not have success using a cereal box, chipboard from Cricut or chipboard from Michael's. The puzzles pieces didn't cut all the way through. I tried cutting it twice with the Cricut on one of them, but it just shredded the pieces. I used the deep cut knife blade.
What has always prevented me from making puzzles is the container for them. What are the steps to make a box or bag displaying the image for a puzzle??
I watched the video. That is where I left that comment. You do mention that you have videos for envelopes and boxes, but according to the video clip you included they do not have pictures on those items. I want to be able to provide the picture with the puzzle.
@@powered77 I put my puzzle pieces in a small cardboard box I buy on amazon, or you can make your own box (find easy tutorials on YT). Then measure the top of the box and print out a color picture of the puzzle (I use Canon matte photo paper) and glue or tape it ( I use double-sided tape) to the top of the box.
My team and I didn't have great success when experimenting with the Cricut Chipboard. All of the supplies that worked for this project are listed and linked in the blog post for you, jennifermaker.com/puzzle-templates/ ❤️
It depends on the material that you are cutting. Deep-cut blade (for light chipboard) or regular fine-point blade (for Kraft board) jennifermaker.com/puzzle-templates/ jennifermaker.com/make-picture-puzzles-cricut/

Blessings Ms Maker. Love you and all your videos and kindness you transmit. Can't wait to see the Barn finished. 🎉❤

Awww, Happy to hear that!❤️
This is SOOO FUN Jennifer! I can’t wait to try one, since my hubby recently bought me the Maker 3!!!!
Hope you enjoy it! ❤️

I wanted to know how to make puzzles on a Cricut! Thank you so much for this video. Can't wait to try it with your pictures and then with my own!
I just saw an image set in CDS called Puzzle something. Theres so many templates for this.

we have had great success using hawkins dye sub products
Awesome!
How do you feel about the sublimation puzzles
I love them! ❤️
Could the puzzle piece be larger for kids puzzles?
As long as you have the correct size materials, yes you can!❤️
I have 2 puzzle blanks. How would you recommend adding a graphic to those puzzles?
I think I got them from Cricut.?.
Help please.

I wonder if one could use the backing from an exam pad. It's a thick-ish card.

Question? Will this work on a Scanncut?
Hello, I don't use a Scan n Cut but yes, you should be able to use any of my designs with your machine as well!

So this is done on a normal printer not a sublimation printer please? ❤
Yes!
