Lol same but I went for the risk My pc would always be stuck in a screen which says Please wait I used this video to try clean it but in the process I think broke my RAM
@@TrixMC eh,that sucks mate...i hope you manage to fix it...i actually did clean it in fact...and it went smooth for the most part....i kinda broke the power button cable in the process but it was an easy fix....
An a6 is what came with mine which is able to run league of legends at around 30 to 40 frames which is playable for me. When the game starts I get 80 fps but you need to upgrade it to an ssd. You can upgrade your processor to either the a6 or a8 processor
This would take me hours if not days...and it's to much of a risk considering it's my dads laptop lol. I was thinking about cleaning the fan, adding more RAM and an SSD. I guess it's better to take it to a repair shop.
@@EasyFixLaptop Yes I just did it and it may seem super complicated but it's really just a series of steps. This IS an old system but when turned on, fans running like crazy and temps were in the 180 F range. Took it apart (and it did take me a while) but I cleaned the cpu and applied new thermal paste and it's running much cooler and quieter. Don't give up just take your time. Thank you for the input.
OMG. The whole thing has to be dissassembled. This is terrible. I thought I could do it. But now I realize I can't. I'm very sad. Where on earth am I going to find someone to do this for me? Deeply sad. Thanks for the upload though, because I now know not to touch it myself...🤥
It’s working now, thank you 🙏🏻
I was thinking about doing for a while....yet im still kinda worried i mess something up:/

What was the chemical you added to the board before placing the fan in it? And is it compulsory to add it?
I'm guessing that's a heat transfer compound. I know the guys at work use it when attaching heat sinks to components that get warm.
Bro it is called thermal paste it is necessary and it will improve the performance of the pc and heat
Thermal paste
can you please say? I have the same laptop with intel i5. I want to do little bit of gaming. So which cpu should I buy to upgrade that is compatible?

Do you have sny idea that graphic card is not picking up
Thank you sir, it's been a very very helpful video for me......kudos to all your hard work
No worries, glad you enjoyed it.
Do you really have to disassemble the whole thing just to get to the fans??
Yes
Yes, completely ridiculous rigmarole compared to the 2 minutes needed on an IBM or Dell laptop of the same era.
Good video. Needed to clean the fan vents/fins. Have cats.
Gave the video a watch before I dove in. No worries.
Glad it helped
Thanks for the video I now realise I gotta pay a professional to do this, as if I'm doing that myself I'll have to buy myself a new laptop wtf
Ahh shit I messed up
I forgot the parts to assemble
I might have to go to an elec store to assemble it
Lol
I fucking broke my RAM
@@TrixMC that's a big hassle

Cleaning the CPU fan is a 2 minute job on an IBM or Dell. 20 minute full teardown on a HP. Ridiculous rigmarole. Will never buy HP again.
This is worst series of HP. This much work just to clean fan..
Almost all of Pavilion series are the worst.

Which's the best laptop to buy inthe budget under 35k. ?
Way to much work. I'll just throw it in trash and go buy another laptop.
