  • This week we had an experience that we just had to share with all of you. Our MVSX Neo Geo by Unico all of a sudden had a red line through the screen. Yikes! The team at Unico MVSX really turned out great, but it almost didn't go like you might think. check it out to find out what happened.

    I’m so happy they replaced that for you for free. That red line would drive me freaking crazy!

      Yeah they really turned out to be a great company and really changed how I felt about them. The line was only one pixel wide but yeah after a while it felt like it was huge lol. Thanks for watching, I’m hoping to be back with lots of new videos very soon. I hope you will stay with us.

      I can see if the controller broke or a button have out but this was the monitor. It should hold up for years right? I guess I wouldn’t have tried so hard if it were a more common part. Thanks for the watch and great comments. Game on

      Sometimes it really helps to let someone or a company know when they have let you down. Sometimes people can have a heart even when it goes against company rule. Thanks for watching

    It's a shame you had to send that email just to get them to respond.
    Shameful on Unico's part.
    But at least they replaced the monitor.

      Yeah they really changed my mind for sure. It’s a rare thing that a company reconsidered their decision but sure great that they took such good care of us. Thanks for watching and commenting, it means a lot. Game on

    I am having issues with my monitor, is what they sent you the ULM17 UNICO PHOENIX SERIES OF ARCADE CRT REPLACEMENT LCD? Was it simple to replace?

      I got the box with the new monitor so quick and made the video right away. It all happened so fast I’m sorry to say that I don’t know what the monitor was, just that the replacement arrived really fast. It was super quick to do. All in all about 20 minutes and that’s only because of getting to it. I took my time as not to scratch the cabinet. Changing the part only took a couple minutes. Sorry it to have all the info your asking for but I hope this helps somewhat.
