Add to that it was the Paines who lured Lee Oswald's pregnant wife Marina to Dallas with promises of free board and lodging, a weekly allowance, and an offer to pay her hospital expenses. Where Marina went, Lee followed.

Oswald who had done all that he had done, marksman, U2 radar man, defects to Russia, works in a radio factory, marries a KGB’s daughter, waltzes right back to USA, drives back & forth New Orleans to Dallas, squeezes in a trip or two to Mexico City, interviews on television, debates Marxism in the media, financed all this doing odd jobs…
Now Paine had occasion to talk with him, when I first heard of him I looked forward with eagerness… eventually I gave up… he was not influenced by present reality… had a rather dogmatic way of thinking unintellectual, unintelligent and therefore useless to ‘uh’ talk with him. ?(useless to (us) )? Damn he right almost stepped in it there.
He told me…I asked him…he told me…I asked him… turns out Michael Paine is the articulate expert on the Soviet system. With me he spoke very freely… with other people they would not talk about political subjects. Lee would talk about nothing else. Now I read that he wouldn’t talk with anybody else… so I couldn’t answer that question. ( yet he just did answer that question)
I would say he positioned himself in belligerence.
I was very surprised when I heard… I didn’t think he was that irrational. He mentioned Cuba briefly but that was unfamiliar to me. Then micheal Goes on to exonerate the Soviet Union and Cuba as having nothing to gain.
Chalks it up to a lone nut taking an opportunity to make a name for himself…

Yes, look up the series of interviews city of Allen offers on jfk investigation. Roscoe white and Oswald knew each other from military service. Roscoe was in intel as was Oswald, who was confirmed to have worked for the CIA too. The CIA actually sent Oswald to Russia, he didn’t defect. Roscoe was hired by the DPD as an officer and photograph expert. He doctored the photo’s and Michael was the stand in. Oswald was set up, just like he said. The CIA and organized crime killed JFK, but DPD, Secret Service, were complicit too. LBJ knew of the conspiracy prior to as well, based on everything I have read. They claimed the act had to be done for world peace, but that obviously wasn’t true. JFK had planned to pull troops from Vietnam in 1964. After LBJ took office he accelerated the war, taking care of his war buddies. You know who they are. They are still doing it today.

    • @pauledwardtrejo6903
      @pauledwardtrejo6903 2 года назад +1

Sort of. Ruth Paine was a naive, educated Quaker charity lady, who promised God that she would learn Russian so that she could be useful in the Cold War. Her real focus wasn't LHO -- it was Marina Oswald, her new (inexpensive) Russian conversational teacher. She knew Marina was pregnant before the Walker shooting.
Michael Paine was perhaps 10 years older than LHO, and came from a rich family who loved him, and got him his sweet job at Bell Helicopter. (His step father invented the machine). Michael was well-educated and knew Marxism like the back of his hand, because his biological father lived in Los Angeles as part of a Trotsky Communist party.
Michael didn't favor Marxism, but he learned all about it from his dad and the many conventions his dad held in his large house in L.A. What LHO liked was to talk with people who knew a lot about politics from the perspective of Marxism. LHO was drawn to Michael Paine like a moth to a flame.
Ruth was drawn to Marina Oswald on two counts: (1) authentic Russian conversation; and (2) baby care issues, e.g., women's issues, and getting the right medical attention for Marina's pregnancy, since LHO was out of a job again (which was a frequent status with him).
In that first visit staring in Aprill 24 to May 11, 1963, Ruth Paine had Marina Oswald in her home for only 18 days. Then LHO called Ruth and said he had a job and an apartment in NOLA, so bring Marina and baby June to NOLA, as she had promised. So, Ruth drove Marina and baby June to NOLA for their reunion with LHO.
Ruth Paine would have kept Marina in her house for the rest of the year -- but neither LHO nor Marina wanted that. In NOLA, for a five month period (May - Sep) LHO did hang with Guy Banister and all Banister's friends in NOLA, as part of the right-wing paramilitary cadre that vowed to assassinate Fidel Castro. That's where LHO met Gerry Patrick Hemming, Loran Hall, and many other anti-Castro players (c.f. Joan Mellen).
What most historians miss, IMO, is the portrait given by Dr. Jeff Caufield (20154) demonstrating that General Walker and Guy Banister would; cooperate. Both were local politicians. Both ran for office in their State. Both were ranking members of the John Birch Society. Both were ranking officers in the Minutemen of their cities.
LHO's original crime was that he shot at General Walker. LHO was identified at the shooter only *days* after that shooting, said General Walker. Walker evidently told his influential friends, who probably identified David Ferrie. He was leader of a NOLA youth platoon in which a teenage LHO was a membe.
A plot to frame LHO as a Communist agitator began the day that he moved to NOLA (only two weeks after his shooting at General Walker).
Guy Banister wanted LHO to whack Fidel with a team inside Havana (the reason why LHO was groomed as a secretary of a FAKE FPCC branch in NOLA). LHO struggled to get into Cuba from Mexico City in a major hurry).
Banister successfully made this former Marine appear to be a well-known Communist agitator in newspaper clippings, film clippings, radio debates and TV debates. LHO became totally framed as a Red so he was ripe as a patsy, just in case anyone urgently needed to blame the Communists for anything.
Ruth and Marina had maintained their mail correpondence during this period, and near the end Marina told Ruth the truth -- LHO was laid off by the Reily Coffee Company way back in July! Marina had received NO medical attention in NOLA, and the Oswalds had no health insurance.
Ruth drove to NOLA from her East Coast vacation on September 20th -- and sure enough LHO was unemployed again and Marina was eight months pregnant and in need of medical care.
Ruth saved the day. She drove Marina and baby June back to her home in Irving, TX on September 23, 1963. Marina lived there as Ruth Paine gave blood at the to get Marina some medical care and a place to give birth. Baby Rachel was born on October 20th.
Ruth Paine's main concern at that time was child care for her two babies -- getting Marina further post-partum medical care, and helping Marina take care of her own two babies. That was a full time job, as many mothers will attest.
Ruth Paine was completely ignorant of any plot to kill JFK -- of any kind. LHO and Marina lied to Ruth about keeping his rifle in her garage, along with virtually ALL of the Oswald possessions. Yet despite her selfless Quaker giving to Marina, many have accused her of being part of either a Communist plot to kill JFK, or a CIA plot to kill JFK.
(For General Walker and the Birchers, the CIA was a hotbed of Communism).
Yet Ruth was questioned more than any other Warren Commission witness, and gave more interviews afterwards than anyone else.

@@larrywheels762 I agree with 90% of this. I don't believe the Paine's had ANY official role with Oswald. Ruth Paine was (and remains) a Quaker lady. She didn't take Lee Oswald into her home -- she took Marina Oswald into her home because Marina was 8 months pregnant and had no insurance (and Lee Oswald was out of work again).
Michael wanted to support Ruth in any way he could -- even though they were separated. He testified that Ruth spent less money when Marina was around.
After Marina had her baby (Ruth testified to the WC) she would have to move out of Ruth's house by January 1964, because Ruth's mother was coming to stay with Ruth that winter.
The FBI dropped the ball, for sure -- but I lay the blame squarely on the shoulders of the Dallas branch of the FBI -- specifically. James Hosty knew far more about Lee Oswald than he testified to the WC. It was his job to send all reports to Washington DC, but he *deliberately* dropped that ball.
Another Dallas official to *deliberately* drop the ball was Dallas Secret Service agent Forrest Sorrels. Along with the Dallas FBI, Forrest was supposed to keep the Secret Service in Washington DC fully informed about dangerous people in Dallas -- and fully informed about the dangers of the Dealey Plaza motorcade route.

He also used his home address and his P.O. box. Besides, 544 Camp St. contained other businesses besides Bannister's office (located in the same building but on neighboring Lafayette St.).The problem for conspiracy peddlers is that no one had ever seen Oswald at or inside the building, nor had any credible witness ever seen Oswald and Bannister *_together_* .

It takes a high school education to understand how Ruth was the conspiracy. In 2022 it's a little ridiculous to pretend Ruth was an instigator. hi That's good old fake news talking. Paul the guy is dead by murder the day this is taken and dispute Lee Oswald looking exactly like Michael (except I'd presume Lee was slightly bigger) Ruth has the nerve to call him little. Ruth is a bitter divorce in Nov 1963. Her hate for her husband and hate for Lee is very obvious. Hence the separate interviews. Loving Quaker? Try literally the one going out of her way to frame Lee. The picture to Life/Time came directly from Ruth. The suicide letter (that Ruth most likely wrote herself) came from Ruth. Lee called for a lawyer and Ruth didn't help instead got in between Lee and his mom and Marina. Ruth wasn't having marina over she was traveling somehow without a job and with two kids. Ruth is an obvious liar... as is Michael Paine. If Ruth half of what she claims Marina and her would be friends shes not Euth has continued curios behavior. Oswald apparently tried to give up Ruth Paine in my opinion. Roger Craig walked into the DPD office where Oswald was seated before his interrogation. If you'll remember Craig, who as a police detective I suspect would be good identifying makes of vehicles, said that it was a Rambler wagon. Oswald said.. "That was Mrs Paines car.. don't get her mixed up in this!" Now according to pictures published, Ruth is supposed to have a Chevy Belair wagon.. The Rambler has a very distinct slanted design to the rear passengers outside pillars so it's very hard to make that mistake, one for the other, even though they had other similarities. I have examined a color photo of Ruth Paine leaning against what appears to be a 55 Chevy Belair wagon holding a child, having a candid photo with the child having been taken by someone while in her drive way with the car. I have found some stuff which makes me believe that it is an altered photo, possibly with Ruth Paine added in. There is also a problem with the front bumper of the car. It has been literally drawn in. I believe the reason for that is obvious. There would have been a reflection on that bumper showing either Paine and or the person who was taking the photograph. That has been replaced by the horrible drawing of the bumper.. Also for a candid photo showing off your kid you usually don't have your kid purposely turn with his head in the oppostie direction from the camera so that he can't be identified.. Very strange.. Ruth didn't have to be there. It was likely other Agents using her car..

Paine was tall and lanky so that was very easily noticed as a great difference between the 2 men. Also, Paine looked like the 10 years or more older than Lee that he was so there's another big difference. No way could he have pulled off being a replacement for Oswald. But, isn't it obvious that what Paine is saying is the truth? He's clearly being as honest as can be. He does not seem to have anything to hide and what he says adds up as to the psychology of a person and what his ideology is.

Oswald was a sad misfit, who had a tortuous family upbringing. Being shifted around so many schools and without a father figure to guide him, but only an eccentric mother, who was also detached from reality, the boy became a recluse, and sought comfort in watching films and TV. His life was one of being constantly on the move, constantly looking for a nirvana but never finding it. His inner torture led him to blame capitalism for his situation, finding solace in Marxism to explain his own personal failings. By 1963 his married life had gone from bad to worse. Sadly, he never took responsibility for his actions but blamed others. Thus we have the mindset of a man who struck out in any way he could to punish those who had been responsible for his own lack of social status. The killing of Kennedy was brutal and senseless. But Oswald no longer thought in a rational way. He was in the grip of his emotions. Oswald slipped under the radar when he was a young boy and no one was there to rescue his childhood which was stolen from him. He built his life on a fantasy, which is a lethal cocktail and ultimately led to the tragedy of November 22nd 1963.

It's as well to remember that when someone like Oswald becomes disillusioned then they turn against the thing they once idealized, in short he became an anti communist and adopted an opposite ideology probably under the influence of the White Russian De Mohrenschildt and then on to Guy Bannister etc.

@@ENDTIMEsVideoLibrary I often point a lot of things like this out, myself. LHO seems to pop up in the most interesting of places and have contact with interesting people. Lastly. He shots at an Army MGen and misses shortly before he kills a Police officer with a pistol never mentioned before that time. But he did shoot at the General with the same rifle that killed JFK. Later he kills JFK, not when the limo is right under the window LHO supposedly shot from but much farther away at a much harder distance and angle. LHO also seems to linger at the Texas Book Depository afterward; that's odd.

This topic is vast, so many avenues and probabilities. However, I've always learned to the side of conspiracy based on many of this aspects mentioned below....Craig rogers, Oswald's past, the Zp film, both autopsies, the anti Castro Cubans, the mob, mark lane etc and some extent some persisting questions about Ruth Paine.
I knew she had a husband, but didn't know he discussed Oswald on film. He came a across as a highly intelligent man, very sharp and measured in his explanations. Could be a master handler and manipulator - absolutely. Could he be telling the truth - sure. But he is slick city!
Read Marina Oswald's evidence to the WC last night and I was very surprised how condemning it was of her husband. It seemed clear from that who could have done it and why. Could it be as simple as LHC did it for no particular or significant reason. Maybe we will never know.

Oswald had tried to kill General Walker because he was very Right Wing and had a lot of sway. He narrowly missed him, really by a hair he missed killing the general in his own home. And, there is so much supporting evidence of that being true so we know that he had that in him and that he could be brought to that. Oswald had become so obsessed with going to Cuba as he viewed Castro's version of Communism as much more to his ideology than he found Russia to be. Kennedy had set up the Cuban nationals to kill Castro, but they failed and that could have been on O's mind. Guy was not wired very well, so he thought about things differently than most other Americans , that's for sure.

Michael Paine also met students near SMU in Dallas and discussed Pro-Cuba sympathies and had file cabinets in his garage with information on the Fair Play for Cuba Commitee, and on, and on..... Oh, his wife who was a liberal Quaker ended up involved in the Iran-Contra affair under the Reagan Administration.

@@edwardanthony7283 Yes, but the US Government agreed that for National Security they must manipulate the evidence to prove that Lee Harvey Oswald had NO ACCOMPLICES anywhere at all. He was now the "Lone Nut" -- even though history shows he had lots of companions in New Orleans as all as in Dallas.
Well, these were the Cold War times -- so any evidence that LHO had accomplices could have started riots between left-and-right wings in the US. Or, it could have tempted the Soviets to make a hostile move. National Security was to blame for all the Government lies staring on November 22, 1963.
But the Soviets collapsed in 1991. We haven't had a Cold War for 30 years. We should demand to see the documents withheld by Chief Justice Earl Warren that are still being withheld. Only the honest TRUTH can heal our nation.

Oswald definitely did not fire the close range kill shots at the limo near the Grassy Knoll & I'm sure many higher ups knew it right from the get go. Did Oswald fire shots? It ranges from possible to doubtful with no fingerprint proof found & like he said at the precinct: "I didn't kill anybody". I was 5 @ the time & all I ever heard was Oswald's a Patsy who was permanently silenced & after watching the Zapruder tape it proved to me beyond a doubt it was a close range side shot from the some where near the Knoll grounds that blew the skull off JFK, not a manipulated trajectory angle shot from 300' away!

@@edwardanthony7283 Although Oswald might have been at the 2nd floor cafeteria finishing his soft drink, he was STILL an accomplice to the JFK assassination, because Oswald had handed his rifle to a trusted accomplice standing near the rear entrance of the TSBD, early that morning.
