  • Lee Harvey Oswald and his Russian-born wife Marina Oswald were introduced to George and Jeanne de Mohrenschildt in the summer of 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas. De Mohrenschildt had heard of the Oswalds from one of the Russian-speaking group of émigrés in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. George and Jeanne befriended them, tried to help them as best they could, and introduced them to the Russian community in Dallas
On April 14, 1963, George de Mohrenschildt and his wife, Jeanne visited the Oswalds' apartment. As Oswald's wife, Marina was showing Jeanne around the apartment, they discovered Oswald's rifle leaning against the wall inside a closet. Jeanne told George that Oswald had a rifle, and George joked to Oswald, "Were you the one who took a pot-shot at General Walker?"
On March 29, 1977, de Mohrenschildt received a business card from Gaeton Fonzi, an investigator for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, telling him that he would like to see him. The HSCA considered him a "crucial witness". That afternoon, de Mohrenschildt was found dead from a shotgun blast to the head in a house where he was staying in Manalapan, Florida. The coroner's verdict was suicide.

What the hell would Marina want with another 100 dresses from Oswald if friends have given her “close to 100 dresses,” and why the hell would Oswald be bothered over that? Sounds phoney. When the FBI was paying Oswald, plus his measly pay from cover jobs, and the US brought him back at government expense from his stint in the USSR, supposedly a defector, after he’d been trained in Russian at government expense while a Marine at the Monterrey Language School where he excelled to the point that Marina thought he was a Russian when she met him, and after he’d been working with U2 spy planes in Japan and was ostensibly released from military duty with the explanation that his mother had injured her foot and needed his care, when apparently, his language skills and skill with an exceedingly expensive government issued camera meant he was brought back to work as a CIA asset - considering the foregoing, WHY was he so desperately poor? Were these agencies intent on keeping him and his family in poverty and reliant on charity so they could manipulate him better into taking scummy assignments? Oswald was one of a number of military personnel that the US deployed as "defectors" but the scheme wasn't panning out too well. The USSR, monitored their movements continuously while there and thus precluded the gathering of much intelligence.
These "defectors" were mistrusted by the Soviets, and rightly so, hence he was brought back, no questions asked, to serve stateside in an undercover capacity. The WC kept this understanding from the public. When he was on the sidewalk in New Orleans passing out leaflets for his chapter of the "Fair Play For Cuba Committee" which consisted of one person, Lee Harvey Oswald, he was taking direction from Guy Banister, a career employee of the FBI and rabid anti-communist. The ostensive purpose would be finding sympathizers to Cuba in the New Orleans area so they could be monitored, but with the treachery of his handlers and their superiors, this role of pamphleteering, seeming to be a Marxist agitator, this worked for "sheep dipping" him, setting him up to be the patsy in their grander scheme of conducting a coup against JFK, someone the right wingers resented for interfering with their profiteering rackets, of which Mohrenschildt was one. He was also and associate of George HW Bush, a CIA operative before becoming DCI --
“This is modern times” - there’s no harm provided she smokes moderately, says idiot Jeanne Mohrenschildt, when Oswald is even MORE modern and wants her to smoke outside. He didn’t forbid her from smoking, but from contaminating the air her children need to breathe. I don’t believe that awful story of him putting the cigarette out on Marina’s shoulder. That’s to build hatred for him.
Did Oswald’s daughters learn Russian? Did he speak to them in Russian? If he didn’t want his wife to learn English, and held sway with this, then she’d be speaking to them in Russian and they were going to have a hard time of it when they started school with no one able to understand them and the alienation of not understanding anyone around them. Since Oswald loved children, it’s doubtful he’d attempt to preclude his wife from learning English, jealous or not.

    • @Cyallaire
      @Cyallaire 10 лет назад +4

I'd seen nothing whatever regarding these statements by the de Mohrenschildt's before seeing this, so I wasn't relying on other's viewpoint in analyzing what they said. Buell Frazier, who gave Oswald a ride to work frequently, speaking as an old man, said Oswald loved children because he saw him playing with children. You don't have a clue, just a lot of insults. Maybe you should quit puking and come out of insult land.
"If I wanted to get him talking, I would ask about his girls,” Frazier said. “He would chuckle and tell a story. He was the type of man who would play with kids in the neighborhood.”

@@Cyallaire Confirmed, Cynthia - as you may know, and our correspondent, may not, LHO was the most popular tenant among 18 at the Earlene Roberts rather huge rooming house. Families with children were part of the mix, and Lee was known to counsel them out of their quarrels, and show them how to swing a bat & throw a ball.
Not at all the moody loner we're told about.
Add these many people as reasons Ms Roberts would tell the truth about the DPD patrol car honking at 1:00 PM; after all she could so easily be denied were she - for some super-weird reason - fabricating such an anecdote.
Instead we were left to believe LHO had returned to a dismal garret or backshed hovel to retrieve his pistol. Or should I say, a pistol - the one he'd been issued. Another "coincidence:" George de Mohrenschildt said that J. Walton Moore of the CIA , whom he had known for years, had encouraged him to reach out to Oswald in the summer of 1962. Oswald and de Mohrenschildt remained in contact up until shortly after Oswald allegedly shot at General Walker and then they never saw each other again. Less than a week after the assassination, FBI agent Wallace Hietman was assigned as the primary contact to interview Marina Oswald, and he spent many hours with her in the months prior to her Warren Commission testimony, which was basically used to "convict" Oswald in the Warren Report.
Moore and Heitman were college roommates. Small world, isn't it?

DeMohrenschildt's comment about the rifle is interesting. He states they were standing on a balcony when Marina Oswald showed them the rifle in the closet and said he "SAW" it but claimed he DIDN'T even "LOOK IN the closet" and was simply TOLD about it by Marina; who, nevertheless, he states said "LOOK, this fool has bought a rifle." IF Oswald kept the rifle (SUPPOSED to be the one he SUPOSEDLY shot JFK and Connally with) in a CLOSET in their 🏠where it COULD BE SEEN, then WHY would it have SUPPOSEDLY been kept in the garage of the Paine's 🏠??
It would have been JUST AS likely that either Michael or Ruth Paine would have found it AS Oswald's landlady he was then renting a room from in her 🏠. And he WOULD NOT have likely kept it in a mere blanket but have bought a guncase to LOCK it in! It seems DeMohrenschildt was doing his CIA-assigned role of INCRIMINATING Oswald as the assassin! 🤔😎

Ruth's sister was a psychologist documented to have worked for the CIA, her father's name also appears in CIA documents and they spent summers with Allan Dulle's old mistress. They are the kind of people that spend their lives ingratiating themselves with people or groups that just happened to be of interest to the US government. "For some particular reason they both didn't want to leave each other," said Jeanne de Mohrenschildt of Marina and LHO. "Some particular reason" like maybe they have two children together? How preposterous it is that Mrs. Mohrenschildt would speak like she's faulting Marina for complaining to friends over LHO's conduct, and then Mrs. M clearly lies that LHO put a cigarette out on Marina's shoulder. THAT would be enough reason for Marina to take off immediately and never look back unless to prosecute for assault, not just to complain of LHO seeming disinterested and too busy with work and reading, or spending money foolishly. It's an obvious lie - so out of kilter with what else the Mohrenschildt's convey. How idiotic that Mrs. M would make reference to Marina supposedly humiliating her husband >>IF

I neither deny or accept these claims but it is an insight into one of two things: either LHO was a controlling, jealous husband who was insecure within himself. Ie; he detested smoking and he didnt want her to learn English so she could not communicate to others about his lack of interest in sex and other insecurities - OR - the Morenschidts were outright lying. Once again, he said - she said brick wall of un confirmation.

Obviously, multiple people are lying. That was a very inexpensive war-surplus rifle which were being sold in the early 1960's for $5 to 25.00 each. IF Oswald had bought the rifle, then he could have used it to put meat on the table during hunting season as thousands of hunters do each year in the U.S. and Canada. That would have solved the food problem.
What/Why would a wealthy couple such as the de Mohrenschildt couple have to do with an under-employed guy in his early 20's and a Russian wife. P.S. if she is concerned about money to buy food, then she should NOT be spending money on cigarettes.

    • @Ckom-Tunes
      @Ckom-Tunes 3 года назад

He was an ultra-right wing retired general who was LHO’s first target for assassination.
Lee had been following Walker’s fascist speeches at many mini-rallies around Dallas and he bought the rifle (the one used to kill JFK) and he began stalking Walker. He made detailed plans of Walker’s home and surrounding area. Included in the notebook Lee kept were photos of Walker’s house, car and yard. He did some serious planning before attempting to assassinate him.
On the night Lee went out to kill Walker he left Marina a detailed letter indicating what she should do after he was arrested (the jail they would likely take him to, the bills he prepaid so she wouldn’t have to, and where she should go to to get help since he would no longer be around.
Marina was quite freaked out-as you could imagine any spouse would be. However, later that night a disheveled Lee returned home. He had clearly lost his nerve and only managed to get off a single shot at Walker which was deflected by window slats narrowly missing Walker who was sitting in his study.
A scared and furious Marina asked him what the hell he thought he was doing. He said that he was trying to assassinate a potential Adolf Hitler clone. Marina was very mad at him and told him it wasn’t his business to decide who is a bad person who needs to be assassinated!
Together they burned most of the incriminating notes that Oswald had made but Marina tucked away some photos and other details which were found after the JFK assassination.
What this proves is that Oswald was seeking a target for political assassination. It provides insight to his impulsivity, his recklessness, and his desire to do something‘important’.
It’s one thing f the single most important factors that went into proving that Oswald was capable of becoming a lone political assassin. He didn’t need help from ‘conspirators’!
If you’d like to discuss facts like this about JFK assassination theory I would be happy to hear your ideas. Let me know.

@@HandleThisSelection2 "Mauser MYTH? It ain't no myth when the rifle they found was photographed at the TSBD was a rifle with a different strap mount configuration and different caliber AND had MAUSER embossed on the damn thing."
Wrong. There is no photograph taken of the rifle while it was on the sixth floor which shows the word "Mauser" on the rifle.
      "Get a clue."
You may wish to consider the possibility that that is advice you might need to follow more than I do.
"No less than 3 witnesses SAW the Mauser on the 6th floor. That's FACT."
Actually, it isn't, and I suggest that you badly need to research this matter much further. Those three witnesses you're referring to were Seymour Weitzman, Eugene Boone, and Roger Craig, and Craig did not say it was a Mauser for the first time in his life until more than seven years after the assassination. Previously he had said that he had no earthly idea what type of rifle it was.
Seymour Weitzman wrote in his original report that same day that the rifle was a Mauser. However, let's examine that carefully. Weitzman never said, in that report, or in any other statement he ever made to the end of his life, that he actually saw the word "Mauser" anywhere on the rifle, nor did he see ANY words on the rifle, not even "Made in Italy." Nor did he ever say that he even touched the rifle. And in fact all of the officers, including Craig at first, unanimously agreed that the only two people who were allowed to touch the rifle while it was still on the sixth floor were Captain Will Fritz, head of Homicide, and Carl Day, head of the Crime Lab. None of the other regular officers were allowed to touch the rifle. Had any of them done so, they would have been immediately fired, or at the very least severely reprimanded for violating the protocol for chain of evidence. Also Weitzman never said that he had ever seen a Carcano before in his entire life prior to that day. In fact, he never said he had even seen a **picture** of a Carcano before that day. In fact, he never said he had even heard or read the word "Carcano" before that day. Thus there is no credible evidence that he even knew of the existence of that type of rifle prior to that day. So if he had never seen a Carcano before, and never even knew of the existence of such a rifle before, and never picked up the rifle on the sixth floor or touched it at all, and never looked closely enough at it to see any words at all on it, how on earth could he reasonably be expected to correctly identify the rifle as a Mauser rather than a Carcano?
Now let's talk about Eugene Boone. He wrote two reports that day. In both of them he said the rifle "appeared to be a 7.65mm Mauser" (his exact words in both documents). Now notice the wording carefully. "Appeared to be" a Mauser. Not "was" a Mauser. That is an important distinction. And he later clarified that the one and only reason he said that was because he overheard someone else call it a Mauser. He never said he identified the rifle as a Mauser due to his own personal observation. And he also never said he saw the word "Mauser" on the rifle, nor did he ever say he saw ANY word on the rifle, nor did he ever say he touched the rifle, nor did he ever say that he even knew what a "Carcano" was before that day. So just like Weitzman, if Boone had never before seen a Carcano, did not even know what a "Carcano" was, and also did not look closely enough at the rifle on the sixth floor to see any words at all on it, how could any reasonable person expect him to know, with anything even remotely close to certainty, whether the rifle was a Carcano or a Mauser?
Why can't the correct and truthful answer to this be a completely "non-sinister" one? Why is it so "unbelievable" that Weitzman and Boone simply made an honest mistake? You didn't know that it is not uncommon for early reports to simply be mistaken? You didn't know that there was also an early report in the news that a Secret Service agent had been killed that day in Dealey Plaza? You didn't know that two of the Parkland doctors, Kemp Clark and Malcolm Perry, mistakenly thought at first that it was possible that JFK had been hit by only one bullet total, which had entered his throat and then turned upward and exited out of his head, and that this mistake was also reported in the media? You didn't know that such mistaken early reports have happened many other times in big news stories? Do you remember the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995? If so, do you remember that some of the early reports in the news mistakenly claimed that Islamic terrorists were behind the bombing?
Also, you didn't know that it is not uncommon for it to take as long as 72 hours for mistaken early reports to get corrected?
And now, Roger Craig. Pfft. The man was, quite obviously, severely lacking in credibility. He never said the rifle was a Mauser in any statement he ever made from the day of the assassination in November of 1963 until 1971, more than seven years later. And in none of his earliest statements did he ever say he even touched the rifle. Then all of a sudden, in March, 1968, after he had already been fired from the DPD the previous year (and his firing had nothing to do with any of his claims about the rifle, btw) he abruptly changed his story. Suddenly, for the first time ever, he ***LIED*** and said he HAD handled the rifle, which quite obviously could not be true due to the reasons I've given above. And looky here what ELSE he said. When asked if he had handled the rifle, he said:
"Yes, I did, I couldn't give its name because I don't know foreign rifles, I know it was foreign made, and you loaded it downward into a built-in clip. The ID man took it and ejected one live round from it. The scope was facing north, the bolt facing upwards and the trigger south. But there was another rifle, a Mauser, found up on the roof of the depository that afternoon."
See that? Not only did he ***LIE*** when he said that yes he did handle the rifle, but he also said that he didn't have a clue what type of rifle it was, other than that it was "foreign." Where's his claim that he saw the word "Mauser" on the rifle? Oh that's right, he hadn't invented that part of his story yet. Oh, but looky there what ELSE he said. He claimed there was a DIFFERENT rifle found, not on the sixth floor, but on the roof, and that it was THAT rifle that was the Mauser, NOT the rifle on the sixth floor.
Oohh, but it gets better. In 1971, for the first time ever, he, ah, "suddenly remembered" that there was only one rifle found anywhere in the TSBD after all, and that single rifle was the one on the sixth floor. Only then did the Mauser on the roof become the Mauser on the sixth floor, a claim he had never made before 1971. Then, in 1975, in "Two Men in Dallas," he ***LIED*** ***AGAIN***. He falsely claimed that Seymour Weitzman pointed to the word "Mauser" on the rifle and called everyone else's attention to it, something never corroborated by Weitzman himself or by any other witness present.
So yes, I continue to stand by my statement that the Mauser on the sixth floor is a myth, and I have produced far more evidence to back that up than you have produced to dispute it. In fact, you've really not produced much real evidence at all to speak of that disputes anything I've said in the slightest.

    Oswald was gay.

What they say really seems to have the ring of truth to it. Very detailed and specific. Liars don’t tend to have that quality. Oswald did it alone.

Both DeMohernensheds and both Paynes( Ruth and Michael) were CIA. Connect the dots and you find it.

      Jennifer
Could you please provide your source so I can connect the dots for myself. I’ve never seen anything that confirms they were CIA-except completely unsourced speculation from CTs.
By the way it’s ‘Paine’ not ‘Payne’. Oh, and I know de Mohrenschildt is a tuffy (I have to look it up every time myself) but getting it right always makes for a stronger argument. Don’t you think?

@@ckom0007 just do a study on both DeMohrenshiekds. Both CIA. George also taught Jackie Kennedy to ride horses when she was a child. All the info was out there. George was murdered by the CIA before he could testify.

Jennifer Jennifer Jennifer. I have read all those sources-both pro-conspiracy and anti-conspiracy.
You sound like a nice person so I don’t want to be hard on you or your comments but nothing you’ve said remotely makes sense.
If you’ve read poor George’s biography you’d know that he spent the last years of his life mentality tortured, with several suicide attempts and made viscous physical attacks upon his wife and family. He was completely gassed by the time he took his own life.
He had not been in contact with Oswald for months before or anytime after the assassination. Also, are you saying he was somehow a riding instructor for a young Jackie then went on years later to groom the murderer of her husband? It makes no sense.
Further, there is no concrete evidence linking Michael Paine to a CIA plot to assassinate JFK. His tangential association with the CIA, perhaps, came from security connections he had to Bell Helicopter (an everyday normal US security interest.) Simple things become so sinister in the minds of conspiracy theorists…
Then there’s Ruth Paine. She was, and to this day still is, an empathetic upstanding, moral, and smart woman. She has been the one witness who has been able to document her entire relationship with the Oswalds without ever changing a detail (much less can be said for those who have tried to impeach her testimony.) Her kindness to Marina and her children has been well documented-as well as her distrust and dislike for Lee. At the time of the assassination she was separated from Michael so I don’t know what that means in the CIA playbook. Shouldn’t they have stayed together in a sham marriage do as not to tip-off a suspicious LHO?
What is it exactly that you accuse these people of? You simply say their involvement with the CIA was well-known and you leave it at that. I hate to be a stickler for detail but you have to establish several levels more detail to get to them being involved in some kind of conspiracy to kill the president!
Again, you’re probably a very nice person but when it comes to JFK conspiracy theory you need to do a little work!
      Cheers!

@@ckom0007 even the only daughter of Ruth Paine will not speak to her because of the cia involvenent. If you cannot even find that info in 50 yrs you are not a researcher. Jackie Bouvier called him UNCLE GEORGE. They were all connected you just read books put out by cia stooges like Bugliosi and Posner.
