    Okay, so EVERYTHING points to Oswald being JFK's assassin.
    And that's what bothers me.
    Oswald was, by all accounts, a smart guy, whatever else you might think of him. So he shoots the president from a window of the building where he works (how "lucky" he was to get a job there just a month before Kennedy's visit to Dallas...) He leaves his rifle there, near the window, with some bullet casings, and he makes his getaway.
    Okay, plausible enough so far
    Nearly an hour later and seven miles from Dealey Plaza, Oswald is supposedly approached by a cop by the name of J. D. Tippit. We don't know why Officer Tippit approached Oswald, or even how the investigators know that he did. This part of the story appears to be based almost entirely as speculation, yet it has been endlessly recounted as fact. Why would a police officer approach a random man on the street? Was Oswald behaving suspiciously? Why would he? There were only two witness to the shooting of Tippit. The one closest to the shooting, Acquilla Clemons, was sitting on a porch of a house nearby, and according to her there were two men involved in the attack on Tippit. The other eye witness, Helen Markham, described Tippit's killer as being "short and somewhat on the heavy side". Oswald was 5' 9" and of slim build.
    In any event, Oswald is arrested and taken in for questioning (during which he sustains various injuries) as the primary suspect in the assassination of JFK. The evidence is damning. The shots came from the building where he worked. A rifle that had been purchased by him (by mail order) was found among cardboard cartons close to the window from which the shots had allegedly been fired. His palm print was found on the rifle, and several strands of fibre matching those of the shirt he was wearing at the time of his arrest.
    We've established that Oswald wasn't dumb. If he had just shot the president and left a trail of compelling evidence pointing to him as the shooter, wouldn't he realize that he was caught and there was no point in denying his involvement? Could he really have imagined that he could get away with this? Wouldn't it have made more sense, and been more in character, for him to say "Yes, I did it. I was opposed to his policies on Cuba (or whatever)"? If, as was alleged, Oswald did it "to be famous", wouldn't he be eager to take credit for his "achievement"?
    Assassins who kill for political or idealogical reasons are usually eager to claim responsibility for their actions, since they consider those actions to have been justified.
    Instead, Oswald said "I didn't kill anyone".
    Now, he has to assume - if he's guilty - that there were eye witnesses to his shooting of Tippit. And he has to know that the police have found his rifle beside a sixth floor window of the building in which he worked.
    When asked directly whether he had shot Kennedy, Oswald replies "No. I have not been charged with that. In fact nobody has said that to me yet. The first thing I heard about it was when the newspaper reported it in the hall". Later, he again denies being involved in Kennedy's assassination and tells reporters "I'm just a patsy". This was a strange thing for him to say. It suggests that he has come to the realization that he has been set up, and is being railroaded. He also complains that he has been denied legal representation.
    My suspicions have, to my mind, largely been vindicated by the White House's continued refusal to release the "JFK files" sixty years after the event. They can only be hiding these records because they contain information that would implicate the government or the intelligence agencies in Kennedy's assassination.

      JD Tippit approached Oswald, because there was an APB out on him because witnesses saw a man of his description firing at the president from the sixth floor of the TSBD. Oswald fled the scene in less than three minutes, then he picked up his revolver at the boarding room he was staying at.

There is no way they could have given a description of Oswald that would have led to him being identified miles away. Think about it.

Oswald always spoke well of JFK and had no reason to kill him. Lee was working for the CIA and there is no reason for belittling him. He was a patsy and the new documents that have been discovered are proof of that fact. Her son was indeed under surveillance (by the FBI, for one) but not the intense 24/7 kind of surveillance that would have been necessary to thwart the assassination. In fact, there seemed at the time no need for 24/7, as Oswald was just an eccentric and suspicious person who had done the oddball thing of defecting to the Soviet Union. He was a person authorities would do well to keep an eye on. Oswald neither talked much about nor was focused at all JFK; nor is there a record of any threats he had made against him. Marguerite Oswald's statement falls into the category of coulda-woulda-shoulda, which incidentally, confirms she knows he's guilty.

      @@genehisle5097 Regarding the "mysterious" deaths of "witnesses" to the assassination], even the most cursory examination of the stories shows how essentially foolish they are. A good many of the deaths hardly seem mysterious in that they were caused by auto accidents, heart attacks, and other phenomena that afflict our entire population. Moreover, before we could tell whether the number of these deaths is in any way unusual, we would have to know the number of equally "mysterious" deaths that occurred to people completely unconnected with the assassination. But even apart from any statistical refutation, the theory that a set of conspirators was devoted to wiping out a host of unimportant witnesses is almost too silly to be put forth. There is not the slightest indication that any of the "victims" have had anything to tell that they had not already told, and indeed the deaths seem concentrated among those who bore only the most peripheral relation to the assassination. When one stops to consider that almost each one of the "mysterious" deaths requires the recruitment of at least one and often several new conspirators, it would seem that, like the pyramid club, the conspiracy would be getting bigger and bigger rather than smaller. One would think that in light of what had happened to those who knew too much it would get very difficult to recruit new members into the conspiracy.
      All this and more renders the mysterious deaths of witnesses list completely BOGUS.

      Because Clay Shaw and CIA and FBI was paying him,Obviously according to your statement he couldn't afford to go on these flights to different places around the world etc then I would agree with you on that being broke part but Oswald had TONS of CIA contacts you know like Ruth and Mike Paine Jack Ruby(yes they did know each other there's a picture of Oswald,Ruby,Shaw in Ruby club 2 weeks before the assassination on the documentary" the Garrison tapes") and the owner of the TSBD,yes the owner and the manager of the TSBD was CIA OWNED AND OPERATED and it's classic CIA cover to do that I swear it's standard procedure to have business as a front just like any super power nation's do,these are facts and not theories go look for yourself🙂

      @@Firearcher4 You have proof of this revelation?? On March 18,1957 LHO reported to the Naval Air Technical Training Center in Jacksonville,FL. The courses he took included security of classified matter, missions and systems, navy plotting systems, basic theory of radar, air traffic control procedures, map reading, and weather and aircraft recognition. His, and others in the courses, got confidential clearance. Which was the lowest grade clearance and necessary for the for the training. On September 12, 1957 LHO was assigned to Atsugi Air Base, which he still only has minimal security clearance. This was a U-2 base which all troops knew but knew very little about the inner workings of the purpose. LHO worked in what was labelled the "Coffee MIll" were he and a hundred others worked in dark steamy conditions and their only job was to track air traffic within a certain quadrant. Not high level "secret" work. Nothing the Russians needed information about or didn't have intelligence on already. Definitely not the intelligence operative the Russians would be interested in (and weren't.) LHO got the job at the TSBD a full month and half before the Kennedy trip was announced to the public and then it was only a week before then that the route was published in newspapers. So it appears, from your theory, that the CIA planned this whole venture before it happened!? This was only possible if the CIA/FBI (who are very different organizations) planned the whole Kennedy trip and plotted the routes. The trouble with your comments is that they are stuff you made up from others have that did the same. If the CIA/FBI wanted Kennedy killed plenty of opportunities were available on any of his public events. OH! But wait they wanted the assassination in Dallas, because LHO
      works in the TSBD? Doesn't happened that way. I have spent 40 years researching this subject both in the National Archives and the Dallas Police records and found no evidence to reach your conclusion.
      It is a given that LHO worked in the TSBD and was the only person to leave the scene after the assassination, and to leave by himself. His rifle was discovered in the building having been fired, he killed Police Officer J. D. Tippit. Actions of an innocent man!!

    • @Firearcher4
      @Firearcher4 2 года назад +1

      @@scottspaine4864 First of all my ideas come from my own mind as a result of my own readings of the events. Oswald denied owning the Carcano by the way. The only reason you think he owned it is because the government quickly, within 1 day produced a paper trail of documentary evidence (That has a million holes in it) linking it to LHO. Never mind the fact that the 4 men who found the rifle read the word MAUSER. Were all of them wrong? To another point you mentioned, the CIA/FBI could have killed JFK elsewhere. Yes they could have and actually I have read that a man with a similar background to LHO was picked as the patsy for a Chicago killing on Nov 2, 1963 just prior to Dallas. The patsy was Thomas Vallee. But nothing ever came of it. I let you go read up on that yourself. I think the green light was given to kill JFK in about June 1963 after there had been rumblings. Certainly, by late August 1963 to plot was in action but I believe that the CIA were actually the 2nd rung. They were not the ringleaders of the assassination. Various groups had their own reasons for wanting him dead. The CIA was brought in by the ringleaders. Oswald was groomed to be the patsy. First they chose Dealey Plaza as the crime scene. Harold Byrd who knew LBJ and had Oil connections owned the building. Then Oswald was given an assignment and he was sent to the TSBD on Oct 15th. Why, we will never know but I doubt LHO was there just to fill orders. Now that had the patsy anchored to the crime scene. The next order of business was tio change the motorcade route to bring it through Dealey and by the TSBD which history tells us they did. Floyd Boring, working in the US government, changed the route. You cannot deny that many things about this case make no sense. There are shades of a frame up every where you look. When a person is framed you WILL find evidence against the patsy designed to mislead the public and suggest his guilt. Sometimes people are framed. Mostly not, but on occasion it happens. I am convinced it happened here due to the overwhelming facts which make no sense at all unless that were the truth. Try putting the government on trial for once and demand the same standard of defense that you now apply to LHO. If your objective is to arrive at the truth you owe it to yourself to do so.

    • @Firearcher4
      @Firearcher4 2 года назад

      @@scottspaine4864 Here is who I think was behind the killing:
      1. The Ringleaders: Israel, the American Zionist Council and bankers linked to the Federal Reserve which is a privately owned corporation and linked to the previous 2 groups. In fact these 3 are in essence one and the same if you knew the history of them and how they formed stemming back to the late 1800's. John McCloy was their inside man and Rep on the WC. That is why he was picked to be on it. The AZC is key for what happened between 1963-1966, getting done under Johnson what they could not do under Kennedy. Have you read up on the AZC and do you know what was going on? They had broken off talks in Aug 1963 and only resumed them just after Kennedy was killed. They had been fighting with the Kennedys.
      2. The CIA was tier two. Rogue elements within had valid reasons for joining forces with the ringleaders. Allen Dulles was likely involved among others. The CIA had the means and boots on the ground forces the ringleaders did not have. The ringleaders had the $$$$$ to foot the endeavour and to provide incentive to carry out certain roles.
      3. Mafia - provided the muscle and ensured everybody kept their mouths shut. Many people connected to this case seem to have met untimely deaths.
      4. Texas OIlmen - I think a few were involved on a minor level as peripheral figures.
      Very few people involved probably knew all the details of who did what. We may note that a number of people over the years have come forward with snippets of the story (E. Harold Hunt for example or the guy in Miami who was caught on tape saying Kennedy was about to be hit just days before he was killed) but no one person seems to know it all. Maybe cause nobody ever did.

The window wasn't that far from the target and he was a marksman after all. Even if he didn't do it , we all know he killed j.d. tipped. He did that in front of a ton of eye witnesses.
    I have studied all this extensively my entire life. Oswald was a wanna be. A wanna be Soviet, a wanna be communist, a wanna be secret agent etc. Etc. We know also he tried to kill that general guy months earlier. So finally failing at everything he tried his entire life. Lee succeeded in being our last presidential assassin.
    I have studied over 100 conspiracies regarding different topics within American history. Some ridiculous (examples: no holocaust, 9/11). Some maybe. The jfk one is nearer the ridulous end than the maybe end. Out of those just aforementioned 100 conspiracies only 3 have any merit in my book. They are 1. James earl Ray did not kill mlk.....2. Marilyn Monroe was murdered and 3. Something of another world crashed in Roswell.
    Those 3 are the only 3 that I view as greatly possible. The MLK one is the only conspiracy I believe wholeheartedly. Lol. But, guess that's for another post.
