  • In this follow up series to the original Zero to Fightstick, you'll again see how to build/assemble your very own arcade controls from the ground up. If you've wanted to know how to build your own stick but weren't sure how, this is meant to be your resource. This time you'll learn how to build an even more advanced setup, if that's your thing, or you can use just the information you need to build the setup of your choice.
In this episode you'll learn about how to install a joystick lever. It will also show how to remove a balltop.

The LS-62 is the only lever that I can successfully play NeoGeo fighting games with. I love it!

Yeah, it's nice! A little stubby though, so just watch for that in your builds.

@@Kof2002dz I've seen reports that it is. Not much of a KOF player so I'd be speculating at best.

@@Kof2002dz It is, but I ended up settling on the LS-40 because of its heavier tension and longer shaft.

Nice, I bought one of these for 2D shooters but haven’t gotten to set it up.

It's a fun little stick but when I originally installed it the shaft was super short. Thankfully when I put in the Link modification it really helped it out.

If your case has 39mm of clearance, it should work. Change to a Sanwa-compatible mounting plate and add the NT shaft extension as well.
