You can use it for things like toadstool by putting it near all the spawning points so that when it spawns you know where it is. Well, when it comes to farming living logs there really isn't a "farm" for it. Treehguardians are essentially random in that one person may get one or two every 20 trees chopped while others may get one every 200 chopped. There is no guaranteed way to spawn them so you can't really farm them like you can other mods. That being said making massive rows of trees yourself and having some big-bads knock them down for ya is still going to be better than personally chopping hundreds of trees to get guardians to spawn.

Hey beard... So I'm just Casually playing Rog(Reign of Giants) and i see the Shipwrecked Parrot on a Ship wreck, WTF DO I DO WITH IT!? Also wtf does Wes do?
A little late but if you still need the info you can trade with the parrot and when it flies away you can destroy the shipwreck to get the seaworther which can let you make the seaworthy, allowing you to go to shipwrecked
I think the Ocuvigil is for a few things, like showing people where the camp is immediately which can be useful in wilderness mode upon death, showing if a lure plant also spawns if you dont have carpet etc, and the funny use of putting it on a boat and sending it away. I agree though, they should increase the radius by 200%

Yo beard, here's a use for ocuvigil: place it on a boat and now when you find an important place like the lunar island, everyone does. It also shows a WAY bigger area on the map that way so u can use it to outline the map for others

One very useful purpose I've found for the ocuvigil is opening up the map of the sea. Though I'm not entirely sure how you go about letting loose a boat to roam about but I thought that was neat.

Why is it still named "meat effigy" ? Meat effigy was in original don't starve In don't starve together it was changed to wooden effigy because meat in it's crafting was changed to -40hp and it's texture was changed to wood

The one man band should increase others sanity not decrease..It gives you some relief and hope that theres music arounds but the one playing it cant increase their sanity
you can do ocuvigil in a boat (return of them) and them make the boat sails,it will reveal some map but it still not the best use considering the recipe of it
Fire staff is extremly usefull to quickly get rid of spider nests when you don't want to spend 4 day fighting spiders coming from 5 different nests ( no i mean it's really handy...) Except that i don't have any uses for it, yet it's handy.
A fire staff has some merit at a long range fire starting device. You can pair it with the ice staff to burn and freeze spawning buildings like beehives or spiders so you can scare them out without getting too close
when i was playing dont starve pocket edition (on a phone) the meat effigy was unbreakable after dying player was automaticaly teleported to it and resurected after resurection meat effigy was automaticaly repairing and preparing for another death
Sure! It’s basically a structure that requires two to be placed in the world to get the full use out of it. Once both are placed and you have a player at each, the 1st player uses it to get it started up and then the 2nd player uses it on their end as well and for a cost of 50 sanity, the 2nd player will be teleported (much like a wormhole) to the location of the 1st player! Very useful for instant traveling around a world as long as there’s more than one player. Otherwise if you are solo, you can utilize it as a quick method to lose sanity if that’s something you are interested in! Hope this helps a bit!
