Cissy Jones deserved an award for her performance as Fury ngl, some of the scenes she turned in were INSANE

I think Fury’s my favorite of the four, simply because of the development she gets. The other three are charming in their own way but remain kind of static.
Not to mention the fact that the villain’s plan hinged on Fury having an insufferable #strongfemalecharacter attitude was delightful: it showed the archetype’s greatest weaknesses since all the Council and Envy had to do was feed her ego and she’d never ask the obvious questions.
It set up Fury’s shift from petulant immaturity to insightful, genuine strong female character expertly.

I wouldn't say perfectly and i've got my issues with the feel of the story that I can't quite explain, but it *is* heartening to see people being positive towards Fury and her development, and with this kind of enthousiasm at that.
