hy, nice job there.. i also want to start the conversion but i have no clue on which front light and watches should i buy. can you write me what electronic parts did you changed and from what other motorcycle did you use them. or did you buyed the new from the store?
@@heizeisen_ch I have few more questions. first its how did you connect the side stand to stop the engine :) I don't have the same speed o meter. I know that it s a separate cable. And second, does the air vent starts automatically, it must be connected with a temperature watch?
@@pavelpaul1987 Hi Pavel, as far as I can remember you have to study the electrical plan of the Transalp, there you can see where the cable from the side stand is connected. I think there are two cables that goes to the speedo that have to be connected together. But I don't have the plan anymore... I didn't change anything to the air vent. This is connected to the temperature sensor in the radiator. I only changed the temperature gauche. There I put a resistor between sensor and gauche to keep the gauche in the middle when the water is hot. Hope this helps you!
Great job, I’m not sure about the colors but I really appreciate the style and its new lines. How much it’d cost to make this restyle? Thank you for sharing!
The sidecovers, are they home made? and what kinda of speedometer and headlight did you use, i am planning on doing something similar, but unsure were to start.
This was exactly in my mind! Thanks for sharing this video!;)
super gemacht, Respekt
Gratulation, ist sehr schön geworden!
Vielen Dank!
Viel Spass beim Umbauen!
Sehr schönes Projekt, mal was Anderes. Bin schon gespannt auf Dein nächstes Objekt...Gruss, Roman
Danke Dir@
This is what I'm aiming for with my XL650V! Cool video, but with music it would have been superb!
Yeah, I wanted some music too but I have had some problems with the length and the style so I decided against it.
Buenísimo 👏👏👏
Hey ! Superbe, Was wondering how you manage to put those LSL crashpad on the XLV ? Do you think it's strong enought ?
I have mounted them at the original fairing holder. I think it's not strong enough, but better then nothing ;-)

Hello Paul, I have to check what parts I have used. I will let you know soon.
Front light: 10033992, water temp gauche: 10036509 fromLouis.de, speedo Daytona Velona
Many thanks!

Thank you! The painting job was quiet expensive. With the bike the cost was about 5000.- euros. Bike allone was 1500,- euros.
What do you mean bike alone? Just the mechanic components?
The used bike price.
How that could be transformed to an off road bike??
Hallo ich frage mich so
Was müsste alles eingetragen werden in CH ?
Da die frontverkleidung weg ist.
Finde es coole umbau

@@heizeisen_ch
Vielen dank fürs antwort.
Würde noch gerne die verschalung entfernen 😁👌
Is it only me who don't see a much difference in appearance between an original bike and a converted one?
Different eyes different vies ;-)

The side covers from the tank to the cooler are self made. Speedometer is from Daytona Velona and headlight is from Louis.de.
@@heizeisen_ch Thank you man! i will have to try and self make something similar then.
Nice job.
What was the weight difference before and after the work?
Before I don't know but after it was 200 kg.
Do you know how much weight could you save deleting all the body parts ??
I don't realy know because I didn't weight the motorcycle before. But I can tell you that the weight now is 202 kg with full tank.
