Definitely if you keep practicing you will gain flexibility in hip flexors and them your heels will land properly. You can also practice butterfly pose to help with hip opening

Hello Is it compulsory to keep my feet completely on the ground when I'm kneeling? If I do, it's impossible for me to put my arms back without moving my head forward. Can I lift my heels a bit when I'm squatting instead of putting them on the floor?
Initially u might face challenge because of lack of mobility. Keep a rolled sheet for support below heels for support. Slowly you with practice you will see it's not needed 🙏
how come you do only two excersises? is that enough? when i train, i do pull ups, push ups, squats. Also i train for like two hours a day and after a meal immediately. So what is such a big deal about your few exercises?
Thank you for detailed query with proper points. There are multiple things involved here. #1 What are you training for. If you are an athelete or sportsmen you might need tough training. #2 Yog Namaskar is not end of world yogic flow. But it is an alternative which is sufficient enough for ones wellness. #3 Also if you try this it is not as easy as it might look when done with proper breathing and technique I hope i am able to share my view here.

Yes initially balancing challenges can be there. You can keep folded yoga mat or thick carpet for support below your feet. It will definitely help. And as you grow into the practice you will be able to remove it
So many corrections, 1. you should not be speaking while demonstrating. 2. Thumbs should be touching the rest of the palms 3. Hands should be coming down behind your back in a straight manner. 4. Feet should not move while doing practice.

Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers spend 1750 hours, nearly 6 months of their life in an intense immersion into a living experience of classical hatha yoga. We are trained in aspects of yoga which are almost entirely extinct. Please respect Classical Hatha Yoga, Sadhguru and leave it to the real teachers 🙏🏼 Classical Hatha Yoga is and must be taught with absolute precision.

I also agree with this. First of all the way your namaskar was not correct. There were also other mistakes. You were bending your neck sideways and talking...this is not the way to do yoga namaskar. And this is definitely not the way to teach yoga. Wrong yoga can do more damage than wellbeing. In YN, one should constantly look at a point in front of them. Apart from this...many of the benefits that you mentioned have not been spoken by Sadhguru. The main benefit you did not mention. And that pregnant woman cannot do this practice At All...was incorrect. Please do not make videos like this. Instead you can play the authentic video on your channel.

Was it difficult for you in the beginning to extend arms straight up from squated position? It is nearly impossible for me to extended them upwards in that position, is this normal? They are usually not going straight up when i do manage to extend then, they go at a bit of a forward angle

3 series is good enough. 21 series will be too much strenuous. Feet can be slightly outwards for balancing purposes

Yes. There is lot of Shoulder opening which is needed to achieve this. However with consistent practice it starts taking place.
