When I make a large recipe like this for a crowd I use a Rubbermaid dishpan (reserved for this only) for mixing, then transfer to a “pretty” bowl for serving!

If you mix it from the bottom up it will be incorporated much better. Stick the tongs all the way down to the bottom & pull up several times. Another idea is a Greek Salad...Use Feta Cheese & bottle of Greek Dressing, & wilt some fresh Spinach in boiling water & mix it through.

We always break the spaghetti noodles into one inch pieces ,before we cook it, makes it mix & serve easier
