Lvl10 really isn't that much harder than Lvl9. Just more of an issue if you get stuck.

I have to disagree with that. I've been playing for about 5 months, and while there have been several nerfs and questionable design choices from arrowhead, I think the game is very fun to play and objectively better than it was when I started playing.
