Violet Gin Sour and the Grimace Grimace Old McFashioned - 2 Cocktails to celebrate Grimace's B-Day!

I've got two cocktails ready to help us celebrate Grimace's birthday, a Classic Gin Sour using a special version of Empress Gin and Creme de Violette, and a special experiment for those of us that don't want to drink a purple milkshake on video.
The Gin Sour is a classic recipe, and the addition of Creme de Violette elevates it to create a delicate, delicious libation with an amazing presentation designed to impress.
The Grimace Grimace Old McFashioned is designed to be a little tongue-in-cheek, and the truly adventurous can follow the recipe exactly. Everyone else should just use a decent Rye and the Shrub for a wonderful riff on an Old Fashioned.
