Just ordered, together with the Muth LED mirrors, that I've been thinking about for a while, for my two. Looking forward to getting them fitted.
Like the Intro music.....I have installed mine and I like them with one exception, the DRL are not very bright especially in the daylight. Now at low light or at night they are sweet. I was about to return them but I decided to keep them. Hopefully, Add On will respond to many not happy with the DRL's not being bright enough in the daytime. I also broke the mirror tabs on one side and they are not cheap to replace, I used JB Weld which is holding up well, guess I'll keep the new mirror assembly as you can not just buy the mirror tab section separately. Ride Safe!

Thanks to you I installed those on mine. Very easy install. They look great running and signal. For first timers taking any plug apart, I do recommend to put a towel on the cowl under the mirror just incase you drop the mirror on the wire tail trying to disconnect the mirror. Or, ask someone to hold it or use a carboard box sitting on a garage stool and place it right under the mirror. That helped me a lot. It will a sham to scratch the cowls.

In reading several reviews on GL1800Riders, many were disappointed with the brightness of the LED's in the daytime. Both the White DRL's and the Sequential Turn Signals. I saw where somebody wrote to the manufacturer and they say they are working on making them brighter. Cruiseman, do you have an opinion on the brightness?

My new 2020 GW and the new sequential turn signals are in and I think they look great. (thank you for the video)
My question to you is this, can I or better yet, should I daisy chain two different wiring harnesses together for a total of 4 on my bike? The reason I'm thinking of doing this is because I bought some lights from Pathfinder and some from Goldstrike and of course they have different harnesses.
Will I really blowup (yes I know its an exaggeration) my bike or short out something very important?

I don't get it. You replacethe original signal lights by other signal lights ? Are they that much better ?
Easy install, but...the very first screw holding on the plastic cover over the 8mm bolts - it was a 4.5mm on my 2023 GW Tour, not a 5mm. *shrug* Other than that everything went swimmingly.

If they are not functioning properly, that would probably need to be directed to Add-On. Maybe take a short video to show them.

Hello, I have been told by the supplier that the 2021 Goldwing model requires to install a SHOW CHROME or a PATHFINDER power hub in order to plug the led mirror light onto it instead of been plug and play on the OEM connector as you mention. Any comment? Why this? Would it work without the Power hub? Thank for any answer from the community
This is because Add-On does not offer a "plug-n-play' harness. And, they do not want you tapping into existing wiring on the Goldwing, risking the integrity of the CAN BUS electrical system. If you already have a plug-n-play harness installed from PathfinderLED or GoldStrike, you COULD cut off one of the p-n-p connectors and wire the mirrors through the harness, but it still offers no CAN BUS protection.
@@cruisemansgarage Hi thank you for the video. Yesterday I installed this on my 2022 Goldwing exactly as you demonstrated in the video. The DRL are bright and everything works as designed and simply replaced the OEM Honda light with the Add-On ones. I do have a Pathfinder PDU and additional lights (cowl, tail mount, rear) in a box which I will eventually install down the road, but really did not see much of risk replacing one type of Honda OEM light with another similar light. Thanks for your videos I find them informative and entertaining as well.

No, these are only for the 2018-2020 models.

I just installed this in my Goldwing 2019, however I could not get day running light. How can I get DRL?

Did you perhaps connect the device to an isolated turn signal from a power hub? If so, that would presumably not be a combined run/turn signal - so you would not get the DRL effect. I would like to know what AddOn expect you to do to get a combined run/turn signal from a power hub.
Kinda strange you post 3 links to purchase the item at 3 different companies with 3 different prices. If addon accessories sponsored the video I would think the only reason they would invest in something like this was to sell the item not to compete with other companies?
