Look at the bannana leaves when the couple finished eating. Even natives leave lot of things unfinished on the leaf. But this couple eating with their hands are really wonderful.

I think if you need any item or a second helping of any particular item, you need to call the person serving it. It is unlimited. Gojju (Pineapple salad) and the subji (4th in the line) are usually eaten mixed with white rice. Chapati is also eaten with subji. Kosumbri (3rd in the line) is a kind of salad. The brown rice can be eaten alone or with the pachidi (5th in line). Papad is eaten alone or sometimes mixed with rasam and rice.
Once white rice is served, they serve sambhar, rasam and curds which are mixed with white rice and eaten. Pickle can be mixed with curd rice or rasam rice too and eaten. In most places, kheer or payasa is served instead of the banana sweet and is eaten at the beginning of the lunch.

Curry leaf (or Kadi patta in North India) is a herb widely used in Indian cooking. It has a unique aroma and taste.
Mix curry leaf powder with little rice, add just a little ghee because the powder is dry. It tastes amazing...

Firt of all, you guys seem like a great couple with wonderful chemistry and you could be a role model to all those couple who don't get along andfight all the time. Secondly, the most importatn things is about the different vegetarian cuisine and options makes India the only country on the planet that developed an expansive,extensive,a humane and compassionate but yet the most delicious cuisine on the planet. It ook a special group of people who decided that eating food doesn't have to mean slaughtering animals and that is a huge step for mankind and it is far far bigger than landing on the moon or launching of satellites or invention of smartphones.

Kay - you should mix pineapple gravy with white rice and eat. It is delicious. Taste it.

Green vegetable is called ivy gourd sauted in oil with onions n chillies. mixed with lentils. The curry powder u ate is the real one had you eaten with ghee it would have tasted great.

Very good experience, a saathvik meal...
Badushah is made up of groundflour round buttons fried in ghee or coocking oil the it will be immersed in sugar syrup mixed with cardamom powder..the hard surface from outside and soft inside, very good sweet less sugar but very tasty one, it is my favourite sweet, as I am a diabetic poo atient, less sugar sweet Badashaha is good.

Where are the servers? They should be giving you refills for each & every item on the leaf. Must be camera shy 😅
It is not just there. Everywhere we go we never get refills as I was watching the servers in all the places we go they make sure they put lots of food to locals but not many to foreigners
