Yeah, especially three years after release Final Fantasy 16 came out in June last year it’s not full open world like Genshin, but it is carefully crafted map that is sandbox and the combat is much faster fluid than Genshin because they got the guy who worked on the devil may cry games and those have the Genshin impact like world quests and there are some upgrade systems that are similar to Genshin, but thankfully they’re not as grinding. Well you have to get certain materials to upgrade your character weapons in gear instead it’s just earn trough xp and in game credits thankfully as for the eikon abilities are pretty similar to Genshin characters I wouldn’t want to spoiler territory, but there are some aspects of it that are similar to genshin

I do agree. I would say Lies of P is heavily inspired by Bloodborne however. It’s its own game you can feel the difference. I love Lies of P. It help me scratch the itch from not getting a Bloodborne 2.
Nah, In its combat sure i can see an argument for that but for me the most important thing in Souls games has always been atmosphere along with that sense of wonder you get from exploring and discovering new areas, And IMO it's DEFINITELY not on the same level as Bloodborne in these aspects. The only thing i can say 100% Lies Of P exceeds in over BB is graphics, More particularly being playable in 60fps lol
This is the second video I've seen this channel claiming Lies Of P is better than Bloodborne, Y'all must REALLY enjoy Lies Of P lol i enjoyed it too but other than the 60fps I can't really think of anything it did BETTER than Bloodborne. Atmosphere, Level Design, Exploration, Weapon Design, Enemy Design, Boss Design & Lore are all things i still massively preferred in Bloodborne. I never felt immersed in Lies Of P's world the way i was in BB, Nor did i ever experience that rush of exploring and discovering a totally unique location like Cainhurst or Upper Cathedral. Moments like that are often what i play Souls games for and as great as Lies Of P is in its presentation & gameplay, I feel its def lacking in that department. I do absolutely LOVE it's soundtrack and its more straightforward approach to storytelling is a nice change of pace, But overall, When ranked along side other Souls and Souls-Like titles, I think it's on the level of something like Nioh 2, Its one of those rare Souls-like games that actually stand up quite well next to Fromsoft games like Demons Souls or Dark Souls 2, But still fall short in reaching the same heights of other Fromsoft games such as Bloodborne, DS3 or Sekiro.

And they made these 3 settings as handheld side games called Chronicles WTF And they gave us Fuking Greece for an Assassin's creed title lmao. While I think FF6 may be the best classic JRPG in existence (actually, that'd be Chrono Trigger, but we're talking about FF here), I will concede that DQ8 on its own is better than almost every other FF game. I swear by that game.
