not only that Rayman is a former tv-star/newscaster in "Captain Laserhawk"!, he's also become a vigilante!! i just wish that Rayman will comeback, in a new game...!
I love the Final Fantasy VII franchise. I also love the movie called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (2005). Cloud in Super Smash Bros 4 (2014) and Sephiroth in Super Smash Bros Ultimate (2018). My favorite characters are Aerith Gainsborough, Cid Highwind, Cloud Strife, Marlene Wallace and Tifa Lockhart.
Y’all are kind of just wrong by adding Super Mario 64 on here. There’s no way it “took over” the whole Mario franchise. Each generation has different Mario games that they first think of when they hear Mario
if anything, new super mario bros wii would've made more sense for this list. the majority of mario's bland era in the 2010s was built off the world established in NSMBW.
I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just saying there’s no way they’d ever go backwards with random encounters, not using Kaneko and Soejima’s classic art for personas, not using traditional SMT demons for personas, having all skills cost sp and not just magic ones, having all party members being able to switch personas and not just mc, no social sim elements, no calendar system.
“We wouldn’t be surprised if the next mainline Fire Emblem follows a similar blueprint to Three Houses.” You say that as if Engage didn’t come out last year and was more in line with 3H’s predecessors.
@@barkley8285 The Zeldas were probably the best games on their systems and Goldeneye revolutionized FPS and multiplayer, but as much as they blew everyone’s minds, Mario 64 simply beat them to the punch by coming out first and blew everyone’s minds the most by introducing the next generation, which was such a drastic change compared to what came before it has never been beat. FF7 was the game that really got me into liking RPGs. I have played through and beaten it 3 times, I think. Fallout 3 was also a damn good game. I liled it a lot.
*Final Fantasy VII* has taken over the *FF* franchise. *Persona 5* has also taken over the *Persona* franchise. Still, I Absolutely Love them both nonetheless. 💙💙
Fire Emblem has already had another mainline game in Engage, which is really good, BUT it will never be as great as Three Houses was. I love that game so much!
Disagree, RE4 revived survival horror but made it more fast paced and took itself less seriously which in turn heavily inspired games like Dead Space, Gears of War and The Last of Us. RE4 is arguably the best RE ever made and until RE5 came and the series went to shit.
In my country in the Philippines, games like Marvel VS Capcom, Tekken and even Metal Slug were more popular than their other popular games from these mentioned devs and back then, titles like KOF, Tales, Street Fighter and Darkstalkers were backseat to those of the three and they still played and talk about to my fellow 90s Filipinos till this day. 😢
Dead Or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball (2003-2015) I love the mainline Dead Or Alive (1996-2019) titles but thanks to Extreme Beach Volleyball game critics treat DOA as Smutty and raunchy which Is a pile of Horseshit the franchise Is a awesome action packed thrill ride of a Fighting Game and I'll die on that hill forever

Final Fantasy 7 is great, Final Fantasy 7 Remake is the masterpiece that took everything we imagined what the original game would look like in Modern Graphics and blew it out of the park making us love Cloud, Aerith, Tifa and Co even more
I disagree with Mario 64 being the most well known in the mario franchise. it's actually Super Mario Bros. Pretty much everyone I know had at least tried Mario Bros, but most of them never tried Mario64. Also, Mario Bros sold 4x than Mario64.
I also disagree with mario 64 being the most iconic. You can toss mario 3 and mario rpg in any conversation about the franchise and have valid arguments

I don’t hate the Rabbids anymore but seeing Rayman neglected like this is not funny anymore.
Technically Mario is a spinoff of Donkey Kong 😂
Oddly correct
I love the Final Fantasy VII franchise.

Final Fantasy and Fallout are games that took over their Franchise, but I still love both of those Franchises. ❤❤
Both my favorite American and Japanese RPG series starting with the letter F.
I agree with Final Fantasy as 7 is freaking great. Bethesda on the other hand made Fallout games worse.
@@Jappe132 defienitily FF 7 Ever Oasis, Remake and Rebirth are awesome!
I’ll never forgive EPIC for abandoning the Unreal Tournament reboot in favour of Fortnite
Its so sad how ubisoft kill** rayman and gave us rabbits instead 😥 still hope for rayman 4.
don't you mean rayman 6?
Skyrim(Elder Scrolls)
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2(Call of Duty)
Halo Reach (Halo)
I'd vote for Modern Warfare 1 over Modern Warfare 2. MW1 (2007) was when Call of Duty got launched into the stratosphere.
The Rabbids were the Minions before the Minions, remember that folks
Mario 64 is a far stretch

rip rayman. at least he comes back as a board game now😂
I’d say Persona 3, 4, and 5 have taken over the persona franchise, they play so differently from the earlier persona it’s not even funny.
And then Persona 5 came out and the rest is history.
And that's my favorite one.
Fire Emblem Three Houses and Persona 5 Royal are both in My Top 10 VideoGames of All Time
And earthbound 2
The Rabbids essentially ended any chance of a future Rayman game
I ultimately dislike the Rabbids. They're responsible for destroying the Rayman series.
I agree with final fantasy 7
Once upon a time, someone said "What if we made the Minions louder and more obnoxious?" And thus the Rabbids were born.
Mario 64 is a huge stretch
Lol said the same thing
“We wouldn’t be surprised if the next mainline Fire Emblem follows a similar blueprint to Three Houses.” You say that as if Engage didn’t come out last year and was more in line with 3H’s predecessors.
Mario 64 was a game changer, it did to video games probably akin to what the first Star Wars movie did to cinema 🤯

Wario Land. It went from being Super Mario Land 3 to being a full series with no new 2d Super Mario Land games after it.
