Clinica is a software platform for clinical neuroimaging studies. It is built around three main axes: data standardization in BIDS (Gorgolewski et al,. 2016), neuroimaging processing, and statistics and machine learning workflows. The software tackles challenges found in the neuroscience research environment and facilitates achieving reproducible and trustworthy research. Recent Community feedback resulted in the development of new functionalities to address the needs of a larger audience. The source code of Clinica is hosted on Github and the software is distributed under an MIT license. A comprehensive user guide accompanies the software platform (available from www.clinica.run).
