What is the best way to turn down the headlights? They still shine a bit too bright during day time.

Salut, je vous remercie, vous parlez de l'effet sombre qui entoure les bords de l'écran ? si oui, cela s'appel "Vignette" et vous pouvez sois le réduire sois l'augmenter ou le désactiver totalement. Pour cela ouvrez le fichier PPfilter AC Vision Reality 1.2 Pure 0.180.ini puis descendez tout en bas, vous devriez trouver les lignes [VIGNETTING]
FOV_DEPENDENCE=0
STRENGTH=0.3
il faut juste baisser ou augmenter la valeur de STRENGHT=0.1 ou 5.0 etc... ou 0 pour le désactiver.

The day was too bright for me and the night was too dark ... Had to mess with the PP settings to lower exposure (target and mix slides, from 4.000 to around 1.000).
I've noticed that my CM has an Exposure settings somewhere and it was cranked up to beyond the slide but it could not find anymore (i've copied your CM but maybe that option was imported by my last installation)
check that the exposure of my ppfilter is at 100% by default

I also use CSP 0.2.1 and to have particles in the rain go to the CSP settings -> "Particles FX" check that the extension is activated then also activate "New smoke and dust"

version 1.2.1 no longer needs Reshade and you have to install it manually, you don't have to drag it directly into Content Manager

I installed reshade and the pop-up never shows at the loading screen. I've installed the latest version over and over again and still, no pop up and can't bring the ReShade menu up. Any thoughts?

To uninstall Reshade manually delete the folder "reshade-shaders" and "dxgi.dll" and all files named Reshade... in the AC folder

You don’t need reshade anymore look at the chapter installation You can see reshade effects i use and a comparaison On and off. Make sure Pure is 0.180 and my settings have loaded
If you use version 1.1 with reshade make sure you have selected AC Vision Reality 1.2 in the graphic settings and in Reshade to if you use reshade. With 1.2 you Can uninstall reshade or disable it

Friend, if you or any of your kind followers can help me solve some graphic problems in the game, the issue is that when I deactivate the shadow resolution, not only are the shadows disabled but also everything around me darkens, I see the map is illuminated in the distance, but as I get closer it darkens, instead if I remove the shadow resolution but keeping the csp active, that does not happen, that is, the map is kept illuminated as it should but without the shadows, the problem is I do not want to always activate the csp since it lowers my low-end pc too many fps, and having all the extensions deactivated, the guard rails for example are seen with the texture moving and a very strange effect (it looks worse than with the source graphics), in summary, what I need is to be able to deactivate the shadows without everything around me darkening, or failing that, to be able to keep the csp active but without the flickering of textures and so on, I have tried countless configurations and all they do is lower fps, i would like to play with the source graphics, but without shadows, and doing that makes everything dark... For textures that flicker with little color dots resembling artifacts, there are csome settings in Pure that create this problem. If you use Pure, I advise you to lower the values in Pure config go to "light" tab and lower the values to see if it would come from there. If your game darkens, you can increase the "ambient light" values... still in the "light" tab of Pure. If you are not using Pure then I don't know what can cause this problem

@@johannisdiop585 salut, c'est parce que je joue en 4k et je trouve qu'il n'y a pas de différence entre le 4x et le 8x et j'ai quelques chutes de FPS lors des Replay en 8x

@@johannisdiop585 essaiyez de désactiver les effets de Reshade 1 par 1 pour voir si c'est pas l'un d'eux qui font des saccades. Normalement celui qui baisse l'légèrement les FPS c'est AmbiantLight mais avec une RTX 4090 on ne ressent pas. Sinon avec la version 1.2 de Reality Vision Reshade n'est plus nécessaire. La ver1.2 avec Reshade j'ai mis des effets de netteté et un léger effet d'éblouissement et une légère teinte plus naturel. Vous pouvez aussi configurer une touche du clavier qui permet d'activer ou désactiver Reshade directement en jeu pour voir la différence.

try reinstalling Reshade if the problem persists you can play without Reshade because AC Vision Reality 1.2 can be played without Reshade😉

if you took version 1.2 with Reshade it is normal that you do not see a difference because version 1.2 no longer needs Reshade. With version 1.2 Reshade just provides sharpness.

Yes, it is also selected. I found out that PURE is not compatible with SOL so I uninstalled SOL and installed PURE, selected as well in the wheaterfx settings. In the drive section if I want to choose the weather conditions, I get sol2.5 and not pure. Maybe we need to delete some folders?

hey man i have a couple of questions. i just installed this but the problem i have is that during day the sun is too bright and when its night its too dark. also the blacks are too dark like theyre over saturated or contrasted idk. also my image is too sharp you can see artifical sharpening. how do i fix these? other than that this filter made my game look just the way i wanted it. i just need to fix these problems i have :))
for sharpness did you install Reshade because version 1.2.1 no longer needs Reshade. If yes, uncheck "Clarity" and "LumaSharpen" if not I don't see what can enhance the sharpness because my ppfilter alone just modifies the colors and the light effects.
As for the day and night effects, try adjusting the contrast in the "PP" tab of Pure config. Also check that the exposure of the PPfilter is at 100%. Another parameter to try is to check "Cubemap Britness estimation" and adjust the "Target" in the "PP" tab.

@wharg7468 non, vous ne pouvez pas avoir Sol et Pure en même temps pour les paramètres des couleurs graphique c'est soit Sol ou soit Pure. Que ce soit l'un ou l'autre dans tous les cas vous aurez Sol planner c'est ce qui va vous permettre de changer la météo.
Oui, depuis la mise à jour de Content Manager "Weather Script" a disparu. Pour avoir le contrôle de la météo il faut aller dans l'onglet "Piloter" et juste à côté vous "Météo" -> "Controllers" et il faut sélectionner "Sol 2.5"😉

I MADE a Real LIfe AC JUST WITH RESHADE,I AGREE
I have a few questions:
1. Are you thinking about getting a 144hz or 240hz monitor for that 4090? It would be worth it with the less input lag and the smoothness of 144 or 240fps.
2. Why not go up to 120fps? I did this with my old 1080p 60hz monitor and It made a difference on input lag.
3. How much FPS can you squeeze out of the 4090 in 1440p Ultra? Just very curious on my end.
Hope that wasn't too much to ask...
1- No, I'm not considering switching to 120Hz or 240hz monitors
at this time as I'm playing on a 65" 4k QLED TV with a
max refresh rate of 60FPS in 4K
2- If I want to play in 120hz I have to lower the Resolution of my TV to 2k (1440p) which I don't do because the upscale isn't great on a 4K TV but I'll test just to see how many FPS I will get in 2k with a 4090
3- I did the test in 2k 1440p and here are the results: on the Nordschleife with the 3D trees with 18 day cars the FPS are between 110-120 FPS 120fps at 97% most of the time then same circuit with the same number of cars but in the rain at night it's 100-120fps but 110fps most of the time

You need Pure because my Ppfilter IS based on Pure but you don't need Reshade 😉

@@dehydratedwater902 AC Vision Reality 1.2 no longer requires Reshade but if you still want to install Reshade be sure to have selected "acs.exe" when installing Reshade. If Reshade is correctly installed, a pop-up should appear when launching the game.

Rtx 4090 4k and is running reshape you can make this game look amazing even on 1080p
With a 4080 at pure 4k it barely manage to get 60fps with one car lol, but still the track textures are bad. It depends on the quality of the mod I realized. Nordschleife for example has 8k texture. But in general in this video textures seem better

I don't use Sol but Pure, if you installed my files then Pure loaded. There are my Pure settings in the video. Attention my ppfilter AC Vision reality 1.2 is made for Pure and not for Sol. I just use Sol Planner for the weather config

@@jwsb350 have you selected AC Vision Reality 1.2 in the post processing filter and have my settings been loaded into Pure Config? to know if it has been loaded go to the "Light" tab of Pure config and if you see values in yellow it is that it is good if not go to the "PP" tab and import "Pureconfig" as I did it in the video

Check the version your version of Content Manger and Pure if you have Content Manger 0.8.2561 you need to update Pure to version 0.180a

Now pure crashed always.. I try too uninstall pure and reinstall..not working.. Always black weather. With all version not working.
