Don't let the Dr's tell youth your kidneys can't improve. I ended up in Hospital in a coma for a couple of weeks. When I woke up my kidneys had totally failed and I was put on Dialysis for a total of 4 months. I was diagnosed a having Lupus Nephritis. Slowly over 2 months my kidneys regained function and have been normal now in excess of 7 years. Positive thinking and a will to survive can work wonders. After being on dialysis for 4 months I don't know how people deal with having to do it for years on end. You can get better, I am living proof.

@1Zerotonine I had a lot of battles to overcome when I was in hospital for 7 months. Every time they gave me a timeline or a goal, I would push myself to beat it. When I was learning how to walk again, I would push myself to do more...even if it was 1 or 2 steps more. It was a mental battle. I used my imagination to strengthen my resolve...Always pictured myself as beating this...what I was going to do once I got out. I looked at my life and thought about all of the things I regretted doing...I made a list and said to myself that when I get home I WILL make things right and apologize. I wish you good-luck 1Zerotonine. The Dr's also said I wasn't supposed to live...I proved them wrong...and so can you.

@@almagarcia5426 Ladies and gentlemen no matter what you use to get your kidneys back to normal give GOD the glory and praise and tell him what you want. At the end of the day GOD is Life no name is higher. Name above all names worthy of all praise try GOD, doctors can heal with the knowledge GOD gave them and it works sometimes but GOD is the true healer and what GOD does will not return once it's gone it's gone never to return. Once I saw an advertisement for a movie about life and the doctors in their fields of expertise and a doctor was telling another doctor like himself. "I hold life in my hands, I make the decision who lives or dies " . I said WOW I'm glad I serve the true healer of life period but if I need to go to any doctor I will get prayed up and prepare for those who want to play GOD when getting medical attention cause I serve the real deal and he's always on time. I'm glad I saw this and now I will be checking myself more thoroughly and position myself before GOD if need be and taking steps to receive my healing . GOD uses serval ways to heal you through has promise, worship and praise and upon faith and belief don't believe me test it. Psalm 34:8 Taste and see that the Lord is good. You are most welcome, @@KarolinaSays! ☺👍
And I should note that your testimony was very inspiring to me & I'm sure to many others. When you got to the part where you were ready to tell how that you did indeed experience your kidney function improving & you cupped your hands over your mouth with great emotion? My breath caught a bit, but I felt you were going to say you had regained kidney function rather than that the naysayers had seen their negativity come to fruition & so I felt this great surge of emotion myself on your behalf that tears started to well up in my eyes & then when you finally said the victory you received tears were streaming down as I said, "Yes! Yes!" So glad for you!
To be totally frank with you, I did have some concern, though, about your mention of still eating cheese & I think you mentioned other diary products that can be conducive to the formation of kidney stones. I know it can be a very trying & frustrating thing to have to really seriously be limiting what's allowed in your diet & reading every ingredient label & all such precautionary concerns & measures, but just please maintain the will to prefer health over temporary culinary enjoyment. I saw at another video somewhere a motto of another that said something like, "Nothing tastes better than how health feels." In other words, if you know for sure something you are thinking to ingest is in & of itself or has some additive that is going to make you ill when you ingest the particular thing, then do not ingest it & move on to what you can ingest without negative results & enjoy still feeling better than you would be feeling had you eaten or drank the particular thing & think of the future better you will yet experience!
The best to you in every area of your life, my friend, in the Lord Jesus' name I pray! 🙏

Thank you for sharing this info. I am a 54 year old on dialysis and I am at stage 4. I still pee but not as much as I used to. I am type 2 diabetic for 24 years. About a year ago I was introduced to a counselling technique where I "let go" of emotions that was within me. So we did a lot of crying and swearing and afterwards they taught us how to meditate. They also introduced us to Healing our bodies. A few months after working on healing my doctor told me I was never going to heal my kidneys. I felt like putting a gun to my head. Yes I started to give up but something in me didn't or I should say wouldn't! Then my brother told me about a video with Jason Fung and from there this is where I found your video and I read over all the entries and HOPE grew within me again! Now this gives me the strength to go forward and research and Do what I can to help myself improve my body!! Thank you so much!!

Wendy D sorry to hear that Wendy,
Been on dialysis for a year now.
One the positive side the machine keeps us alive. So...this means you get your father for some more years .theres a lot of help with the staff and services that your state can provide.another plus.
I’ll will tell you this though ...that the doctors are not going to be helping you with trying to find herb solutions that will help.they pretty much write us off as needing a new kidney that or life on dialysis.
Now please listen.....I strongly advise you do your own research...the doctors and staff won’t.
I’ve yet to try all the alternatives that are out there so I can’t yet say much on anything that can heal our kidneys once in stage 5.
There’s plenty of RUclipss out there that are helpful. I cannot stress enough on.....diet!!!!!!
      Crucial.
Look up dr Joel Wallace and dr Peter glidden.
They are naturopaths.and they seem to offer solutions that allopathic doctors don’t.
Well I wish you both luck and may god bless both of you.

Thank you for sharing this information. I do have Stage 3 Kidney Disease, and had shown some improvement back to stage 2, however, in recent months back again to stage 3. At first my doctor told me the kidneys cannot improve only can be maintained if you are careful. When my numbers improved, by careful watch on diet, exercise and plenty of water, he told me a slight variation can happen. Bull****! My sister and I cared for my aging mother who also had failing Kidneys, with a close watch on her fluid intake, diet and supplements, she had dropped from being one step from dialysis back to a stage 2. I know it can be done and watching your video has given me the encouragement to continue to work towards healthier kidneys.

Thank you, sweet pea, this is the most honest and informative video on the subject.
I found low kidney function causes itchy skin. I have been juicing vegetables and add cider vinegar.after two month of this my kidney function was back to normal.. after 18 month of juicing I no longer have itchy skin.
Trying keto did not agree with me, it gave me the runs. Have recently added oats and that is better now.
Mind you, I am 83, and according to the doc. Kidney declining is normal, and suggested nothing.

Hi Karolina, a pleasure to meet you sort of through the video. I am glad that I could watch, I recently got my blood work done and was shocked that I had kidney problems. I am 62, type 2 diabetes with bad knees and a commercial painting contractor, so in my head I am trying to deal with what I already have on my plate. I was more than concerned about going to a kidney specialist, but since I have watched your video I feel better now, confident that I can clean up my diet and get back to where I need to be, then tackle the knees. I have subscribed and looking forward to seeing more positive info. Thanks, I hope I didn't earbend too much!

I am so happy for you that you improved you kidney function. My kidney function went from 88 to 33 in less than 2 months due to medication (long story), not important. I searched on goole what foods to avoid, what foods to eat. I joined a kidney support group whose members believe there was no chance in recovering kidney function. Sadly, many of the group of a dozen and climbing were waiting for transplants and on dialysis. Every one of them were trapped in that idea! I couldn't believe what they were eating at our breakfast support meetings!!! They told me I couldn't do it!
I ate any foods that were low in potassium, phosphorus, drank lots of clear fluids, mainly water, and avoided caffeine and sodium completely. I lost weight, sure, but my kidneys function went from 33 to 77 within 5 - 7 months! And I FELT GREAT!

God bless your kind heart by sharing this inspiring vlog. my 42yo son who has had chronic kidney disease is on his 2nd day of dialysis (his first time) and I have been researching on ways to help him go through this and hopefully somehow reverse the kidney problem. I know in my heart with the right attitude you can do this. I am 64yo and have survived hepatitis C without going into drastic therapy (just knawing on tons of hard candy and taking multivitamins), ptb (primary tb), developing ulcers, sinusitis (am hyperacidic cos of taking cold tabs), and worst of all surviving a schizo ex (who gave me hypertension). am now on daily maintenance for it and a little dose of statin for cholesterol. I have blood tests done every 6months and although I did zumba for several years, I quit after slipping and having a wrist fracture. gosh I never shared all this with anyone before. you just made me want to thank you for sharing your health history and being so positive about your condition. I wish you the best of health dear and I hope my son watches your vlog cos I know it will inspire him to think positively and help himself stay on top of his situation. thank you. hugz

That's interesting how diets affect people differently. I was diagnosed with Stage 3b kidney disease in 2014 with a gfr at 39.7, and I was doing keto at the time. I read animal protein was really hard on the kidneys, so I cut that out three years ago. Last month I switched to a whole food plant based diet with healthy carbs and no animal products, and my cholesterol and other blood work was the best it had been in years. My gfr is now at 60.2. Hi Vina DS , I would avoid biopsy if i was you. They did biopsy to my mother years ago and they punctured a whole which can happen and lead to her been on dialysis and later passing away. Always ask for the CUI test and 24 hour urine collection which is 100% accurate. Stick to plant based diet and exercise 4-5 times a week and even without exercise your weight should drop which in return should lower the pressure on your kidneys. Trust me i am a type 1 diabetic and stage 3 now stage 1 kidney disease patient. No more biopsy please

You also must remember weight loss reduces pressure on the kidneys. I bought the book and can email it to you if you want? My A1c went from 7.8 to 5.6. So hang in there and don't believe the doctors. They didn't want me it to start on plant based diet saying that i would lost nutrients lol

Congratulations Karolina! I have been quite upset due to my last 6monthly kidney review with the specialist, as it turned out my cholesterol, blood pressure and creatnen had increased. No surprise as my diet was poor the 6-12months prior, and i gained 5-8 kgs of fat. Leaving the most recent review 3 weeks ago, I started a strict healthy diet and have lost 5kgs. My blood pressure has also improved somewhat compared to what it was prior to commencing the diet. I saw my specialist again this week, and he was happy and surprised i lost 5kgs in just 3 weeks from all the exercise and strict dieting. There are still a few more tests i require to do in the next few weeks such as 24hr urine for the creatnen as it had increased in my last review, but I’m praying and hoping it has improved with addressing my diet and lifestyle now, but guess i will find out in the next few weeks once i redo the tests... I am on 46% function, have been fluctuating around the range for a number of years stage 3. Your video has helped me to stay persistent on my new diet, to continue doing the best i can within my control to stay healthy, and now also to have faith from your positive story, to live the life i had always hoped and prayed for with my new born son and family 🙌🏽🙏🏽 thank you for sharing your story and God Bless.

Its about the money for being a doctor or selling medication. So, that's why you should NEVER believe them when they say that you cannot reverse a disease.

Thanks for the Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Bonackson Wandalyn Genie (do a search on google)? It is a great exclusive guide for avoiding dialysis and improve kidney health minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my best friend Jordan at last got great results with it.

Tara Cat that’s so amazing congratulations 🎉 I’m both anxious and excited to see where my kidney function is at now. I’ve been trying to also incorporate intermittent fasting as well. It’s hard because I’m always hungry early in the morning and late at night. I can definitely cut coffee out I have started drinking more again but honestly I think it’s out of habit 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am emotional just watching this. I am having such worrying symptoms and i'm terrified. I think I have to face my music and get myself to the doctor because from what i've watched on the net, everything points to an issue with my kidneys and I am beyond emotional about it. You give hope! I am happy to have come across your video and to hear your amazing news. Karolina, do you have any suggestions on how to find out about the Keto diet? It sounds very demanding but I have to take it on board I think. I have a friend coming here tomorrow, I am going to tell her everything. So far, I haven't had the nerve to mention how unwell I feel to anyone. Then I will have to go to the doctor. Love and light to us all.

i will definitely be posting a lot about ketosis in the upcoming weeks, but i found out all i know just from research and youtube.
look up Ketosis Connect on youtube., it s couple who does ketosis but they are EXTREMELY educated on it. also look up Dr. Eric Berg, he goes in depth with how ketosis affects you and why.
i know you're scared, but its always better to bite the bullet and go before things get too far out of hand and its even harder to take care of. trust me, don't ever wait.
