Therapy and prayer are both necessary mechanisms to change. It is hard to change yourself all by yourself. But God makes our paths straight, and he puts the right resources in our lives. I say this from experience.

Sometimes fitting into an existing category cause us the most pain, as we become suffocated and deprived. Creating your own opportunity is the only way to be free enough to express every ounce of you, without the limitation and restrictions from others. All the best in expressing every ounce of you. x

I had to do this when i turned 30! I had to step back and realLY acknowledge my experiences from my 20's and imagine the woman I want to be. I am a still a work in progress and I found that recognising my identity was so important. Reflective thinking is imperative for growth! Congratulations on 500k + subs!

I’m 20 years old and ever since high school I’ve been in and out of relationships, friends with benefits relationships and never had the chance to just be alone. I promised myself at the start of this year that I want to remain abstinence until I meet my ideal match but I didn’t stick to it. So today I’m planning to stick to it cause I know that I deserve better than what I am currently doing , even my friends tell me that I need to stop.

I know you're trying, Darling. One of the worst things about depression is that people tend to think that we're just lazy. But sometimes even breathing takes every effort in our body.
And I know this is unrelated but please don't do something rash. I've been there but it does get better, they're not lying about that. Keep trying!
