People watch this video so you can understand how an HOA Board has all the legal toxicity in a community due to attorneys like this lady. She is the clear example how greedy an attorney could be for $$$ and be only for the Board’s position. We, the homeowners, need to be involved in the Senate Level exposing this type of business practice that only favors ABUSIVE HOA Boards

What happens when the BOD asks you to follow something that is not in your rules and regs or C.C& R’s
Bc a certain board member is taking advantage of its position

Often the "difficult " board member is pushing the board management officers to follow the governing documents. Our community has clear CCR's, that doesn't mean it's easy.

This interview plays like a lesson in Fascism. Hitler and Mussolini would be proud of how the Open Meeting Act was hijacked by the legal profession to trounce on the democratic rights of homeowners associations members. Judge in my case against Heritage Solaire Community Association in Roseville, CA declared Open Meeting Act and, by extension, Executive Session Meetings "Terrible Law, Badly
Worded" and directs Plaintiff (me) "If you don't like it, change it". Viewers of this video please find a way to take action toward repealing this horrible affront to homeowner rights. Write our representatives, visit your State Senator and Representative 's offices and demand repeal. This video is sickening.
