Why would you want to disable turbo boost by putting maximum and minimum processor state at 99% all you're doing is killing your potential FPS because the CPU will lock to base clock.
Alot of "Low end" channels just does random useless "Tweaks" that can be harmful to the computer like messing with the registry file or enabling ultimate performance that does nothing at all but kills the CPU due to overheating rather than talking about extremely low end graphics or custom low resolution (like 960x540 or 768x432).
I can't run any game in Borderless Fullscreen / Windowed Fullscreen without the game dropping in framerate and getting stutters. This only seems to happen when I am in whatever game I am playing. Once I alt+tab to my browser/folerder/ect. I see the FPS of the game in the background shoot up, back to how it should be.
Same tried benchmarking MK11 today and I'm at 14 and sum change. I'm on a HP i5..have done all types of updates and mods an such the game ran one time b4 its running now but it kicks off all fast then the shit drops and vice versa
I did only one thing, under volt my gpu properly, and my gpu temperature decreased from 83 to an acceptable 70, and performance is more stable, highly recommend you guys learn to do it if you have issues with overheating gpu cos it can affect performance 😅😅😅
Totally! I remember a GPU of mine which used to hit 90° C on heavy load. And was able to reduce it to 56° on max load after underclock + undervolt. Ofc it was at the cost of losing some performance but it didn't affect me that much, since the card still has its same amount of VRAM, and was running silent

Unfortunately, it made things worse on my laptop. I have constant lag and my games have become unplayable. Textures disappear, for example the ground under the character's feet. And my games run at a steady 8-12 fps. In any case, it's worth a try for everyone. BUT in any case, don't forget to create a backup/System Restore Point!!
Maybe next time understand laptop=limited cooling capacity, and unlocked power management=uncontrollable power delivery=excess energy being converted to heat, it's a steady 8-12 fps because your constantly throttled, even on a desktop this shouldn't be tried, there's a reason these are hidden in registry and why they were developed in the first place

Everyone gets framedrops when looking at playermodels. I have a gtx 770 and get over 320 fps constantly. When im in spawn and looking at players i get 200. Its just csgo being developed in source. You cant do anything about that.

Limiting the cpu to 99% basically disables turbo boost, so ur i7 frequency should be 2.7GHz but in ur "After" u are getting less than 2.0GHz that means a terrible thermal throttling or that power limit throttling is not disabled, which means u are sharing a video of something that is not even working for ur pc, my 1050ti and i7 7700HQ can get 240fps+, performance mode, 1080p, all low... This is not optimization or boost, basically my laptop without optimization runs like ur "optimized/boosted laptop" and even better with optimization... Im curious...
