Such beautiful content. I just found your channel and subscribed. I want to create an indoor herb garden, I noticed you didn’t add soil nor did the pots have any drainage. How do you keep the herbs from dying and/or root rot? I appreciate your guidance.

Regarding your question about soil and drainage, I sometimes add gravel to the bottom of the bowls (like in my "How to Transform Your Console Table for Spring with a Stunning DIY Indoor Garden in a Bowl!" video), but with herbs, I've noticed that it isn't always necessary. Somehow, they thrive without it. I've tested it a few times, and it works every time. Although I'm not an authority in this department, I try to follow my intuition with plants. I water them when I see the soil getting a little dry, then I give them enough to always have soil a little damp, without overdoing it. I hope this helps! Sì, davanti alla telecamera tutto sembra più facile di quanto sia in realtà 😅, ma devo ammettere che quei biscotti sono davvero semplici. Mi piace la semplicità, soprattutto in cucina. Puoi aggiungere meno burro o olio se preferisci una versione più salutare. Lo faccio anch'io a volte. Ecco la ricetta, spero che verrà tradotta correttamente. Ho anche pubblicato la ricetta nella descrizione del video, ma per qualche motivo non viene tradotta in tutte le lingue. **Biscotti alla Lavanda del Bosco ᯽❉** Questa ricetta è molto semplice. Ingredienti: - 90g di farina - 40g di burro fuso - 5-6g di miele o zucchero di canna - 1 cucchiaino di fiori di lavanda essiccati e commestibili - 1 uovo - Frutta fresca (le bacche sono perfette, e puoi aggiungere frutta secca se lo desideri) - Yogurt alla fragola e fiori commestibili per decorare una volta che i biscotti si sono raffreddati. Procedimento: 1. In una ciotola, unisci la farina e l'uovo. Mescola bene. Aggiungi il burro fuso raffreddato, il miele o lo zucchero di canna, e i fiori di lavanda. Mescola fino a quando tutto è ben combinato. Aggiungi la frutta. 2. Forma i biscotti: usando un cucchiaio come misura, prendi porzioni dell'impasto e disponile sulla teglia preparata. Puoi modellarle in forme rotonde o essere creativo, specialmente per occasioni speciali come cuori per San Valentino. 3. Cuoci a 175 gradi Celsius (forno ventilato) nel forno preriscaldato per circa 20-25 minuti o fino a quando i biscotti diventano dorati. Tieni d'occhio per evitare che si cuociano troppo.

Puoi aggiungere meno burro o olio se preferisci una versione più salutare. Lo faccio anch'io a volte. Ecco la ricetta, spero che verrà tradotta correttamente. Ho anche pubblicato la ricetta nella descrizione del video, ma per qualche motivo non viene tradotta in tutte le lingue.
**Biscotti alla Lavanda del Bosco ᯽❉**
Questa ricetta è molto semplice.
Ingredienti:
- 90g di farina
- 40g di burro fuso
- 5-6g di miele o zucchero di canna
- 1 cucchiaino di fiori di lavanda essiccati e commestibili
- 1 uovo
- Frutta fresca (le bacche sono perfette, e puoi aggiungere frutta secca se lo desideri)
- Yogurt alla fragola e fiori commestibili per decorare una volta che i biscotti si sono raffreddati.
Procedimento:
1. In una ciotola, unisci la farina e l'uovo. Mescola bene. Aggiungi il burro fuso raffreddato, il miele o lo zucchero di canna, e i fiori di lavanda. Mescola fino a quando tutto è ben combinato. Aggiungi la frutta.
2. Forma i biscotti: usando un cucchiaio come misura, prendi porzioni dell'impasto e disponile sulla teglia preparata. Puoi modellarle in forme rotonde o essere creativo, specialmente per occasioni speciali come cuori per San Valentino.
3. Cuoci a 175 gradi Celsius (forno ventilato) nel forno preriscaldato per circa 20-25 minuti o fino a quando i biscotti diventano dorati. Tieni d'occhio per evitare che si cuociano troppo.
